We definitely had more ideas for the gameplay, but didn't have the time to implement them. The style took up too much time, and we switched project in the middle of the jam, which didn't help either :D Thanks for playing!

Haha, thank you!

Who wouldn't? Thanks for playing :D

Thanks for Playing! We went all out on the style and left the gameplay very simple. Maybe we could have done a bit more if we hadn't started on tuesday lol

Very cool metroidvania like frog game. The curving tongue is a very cool original mechanic!

I like the chill gameplay. And I found the best way to fish is to wiggle the fishing rod a bit :D

The voice acting is cool :D(And we have actually uploaded our final game xd)

Cute little game. I like the visuals. The sword + rope mechanic are killing my brain (pressing the right keys), but it's an interesting idea haha

Very fun to use the speed boost and try to get a good highscore. The occasional lag sadly takes a bit of flow away.

I really enjoyed this one! Once I understood how the trading works, the gameloop was really fun! The graphics looked very nice and fit well with the trading game.

Sadly my game got bugged once I clicked on the castle.

We atually started out with the same curling idea! But we changed to something else, so it's cool to see someone else do it instead :D

I'm a bit disappointed that you can't curl the stone. But I like the shop idea!

The movement makes me want to play fast, but the drone visibility mechanic makes it play more like a puzzle game. The graphics are nice though and I enjoyed it!

Ah, I see!

I like the resource managing. Not sure if im just stupid, but I can't seem to shoot sometimes. Even with enough energy?

Thank you!

Cute little game :)

A fellow zombie game :)

I like the idea. You can pretty much always win by just waiting a few turns though.

(1 edit)

I like it! I could imagine playing a full game with this type of mechanic.

Thank you :)

I read it, I'm sorry :(

I like the style with all the shapes, but the visual effects were pretty exhausting to me.

Fun little game! At wave 12 I was just dashing over the whole arena xd. I also love how the look of the player changes with each new part. It's a bit weird though how I'm zooming over the whole arena at some point with parts from enemies, that aren't nearly as fast.

I just tested it again. It works for me. Very weird.

Thank you! And I agree.

Thank you! That's weird. The UI works for me and it should work with 16/9 resolutions. What is your resolution? You control the monsters by upgrading them. During the fight, you don't have control :)

Very fun gameplay loop! I'm envious of the nice upgrade cards! I didn't have the time or skill to have something like that :) Could use some more balancing though (early game is a bit tough) and the jump can be used twice (you can jump again while mid jump).

Cool idea. The driving doesn't seem to work though. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong?

I had to learn to lose, so I could win... Sounds deeper than it should... (But honestly, I had a hard time losing, I mean winning...?)

Can you lose in this game? Cute snake though :)

Cute and fun game. I took me a while to figure out you could move diagonally haha

Thank you very much!

Ah I didn't know about the mouse wheel. But yes, that what I meant

Well, we had a very similar idea here haha, Fun game. It could use a bit more variance, to improve decision making, though

The throwing was difficult, but that's fine as a mechanic. I didn't like or understand (at first) about using the arrows to switch between the platforms. It makes the game a bit harder than it should be in my opinion

Really clever game, well implemented! The puzzles are fun and challenging. The difficulty (I only finished the 7th) is perfect. The mechanics could be intoduced a bit better though. It took me a while to understand the 7th puzzle, because I didn't know the player would go towards the fruit. But after I got that it's kinda genius. The player chasing the candy and so on haha

I really enjoyed the gameplay. Interesting mechanic, well implemented. Though the controls for the platforms are a bit hard to use.

Thank you!

Thank you! My goal is to stay as closely as possible to the original, while making everything smoother and run faster. At some point I will have to find someone to help me with the sprites though...

Thank you! That was the plan :)
