But there are many ways to pay with crypto. Currently, there are several stablecoins that have very low or minimal gas fees.
Why should we still rely on credit cards? They could create their own native coin or currency for the platform, and instead of buying or paying directly with real money, users could do so through this intermediate token. It would give more control over the economy, reduce transaction fees, and offer more flexibility—especially if the token is backed by a stablecoin or pegged to a fiat currency. Plus, it could help build a stronger community around the platform

Unfortunately, itch.io is no longer a safe platform for publishing NSFW games—I'd even say it's becoming risky for SFW games too. Many perfectly harmless SFW titles could still fall afoul of the new rules. I really hope a more viable alternative emerges soon.
While I understand the need to restrict certain types of content, the new Terms of Service are so vague and overly broad that they leave almost no room for creative freedom or interpretation.
Hi everyone,
I'm excited to release the Simple GUI Kit, a powerful theming system designed to give your Ren'Py visual novel a professional and fully customizable look in minutes.
Tired of the default UI? The core of this kit is a smart 5-color system. You just define 5 base colors, and the entire interface—from menus and buttons to the textbox and namebox—adapts harmoniously.

Key Features:
- ✨ Cohesive Theming: Change the entire UI look by editing just 5 colors.
- 💻 LITE Version (Free): Get the complete, styled UI for your projects right now.
- 🚀 PREMIUM Version: Includes an in-game theme switcher, a standalone Palette Editor tool with a random generator, and more.
This kit is perfect for developers who want a polished look without spending weeks designing a UI from scratch.
You can check it out and grab the free version on Itch.io: https://danezc.itch.io/simple-gui-kit
Hi, thanks for trying my game! I also spent a lot of time playing Gals Panic back in the day.
This was my first project, and I'm happy with how it turned out for now. Lately I've been busy with other projects, but I hope to add the third character(and some extras) soon, maybe this or next week.
Cheers!
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for 2-3 testers for the free LITE version of my new asset, the Simple GUI Kit.
What is it? It's a powerful theming system that completely re-styles the default Ren'Py interface. Instead of manually editing dozens of style properties, you can give your game a professional and cohesive look just by changing 5 simple colors.
Requirements:
- You must have Ren'Py 8.3.7 installed.
- The test requires creating a new, blank 1920x1080 project.
What you'll do (approx. 5-15 minutes):
- Follow a short guide to copy the files into the new project.
- Try changing the 5 base colors in the
gui.rpy
file. - Let me know if the instructions were clear and if you had any issues.
What you'll get: In return for your feedback, you get to keep the LITE version of the GUI kit before the release.

Hi Silver Sonic 23,
Thanks a lot for playing and leaving such a detailed comment. I'm glad you enjoyed the challenge.
The game started as a prototype, so the enemy AI is pretty basic for now — my main goal back then was just to make something playable. But since it’s evolved past that stage, I definitely plan to improve the enemy behaviors and add more variety in future updates. Your idea for a miniboss that follows the lines is great, and I’ll keep it in mind!
Right now I’m working on a UI overhaul to make things more player-friendly, along with adding 5 new levels featuring another character. The update should be out today or tomorrow. After that, I’ll focus on fixing some bugs caused by over-optimization, and among other things, expanding the enemy AI.
Thanks again — hope to bring new improvements soon!
Thanks for trying it out, mate!
I'm currently working on adding a checkpoint system so you can start from the last level you beat. It's already functional, but I'm still tweaking the design a bit to make it feel smooth and user-friendly — especially on Android.
To encourage players to aim for higher scores, I'm also planning to add a CG gallery with unlockables based on score milestones. This CG gallery will come later, once I have more content — maybe next week.
Hey! Thank you so much for taking the time to play the game and for writing such valuable and detailed feedback.
I'm currently working on polishing the new checkpoint system that other players suggested, but I've read through all of your points and have added them to my to-do list. I'll definitely try to implement most of them in a future update.
Thanks again
Hello! Thank you for your interest in my game! To be honest, running web games smoothly on mobile browsers can be quite tricky. The webgl version may not work properly on mobile devices, especially iPhones. You could try using Chrome instead of Safari, but that’s not guaranteed to resolve the problem.
Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks again for your feedback!
Hey! Thanks so much for the detailed feedback, I really appreciate you taking the time.
You've made some excellent points, especially about the timer and the overall difficulty. I'm already working on adjustments to make the experience more fair and fun.
I really like the idea of turning the timer into a score bonus instead of a penalty, I will seriously look into implementing that.
Hope to have an update out soon. Thanks again!
Hey all! I'm a newbie Unity dev building a Gals Panic clone in for PC, Android, and WebGL. 🕹️ Been working on it for a couple of months, with a modular design to easily add enemies and levels. Check out my gameplay GIF below! Looking to collab with 2D artists and/or basic 2D animators to make it pop. Got ideas or want to join? DM me! (Discord: Danezc) Thanks! 🚀
