Build the Shrine (added in 1.10) and play through all the new Main Story events to unlock Miko TF in the Corrupted bookmark. The new gift item will also appear at the top of the list.

Hey, increase her corruption to 25+. After that, once a certain event with Aura is triggered, refresh her shop - she'll start selling Distilled Holiness. Use that item on any corrupted unit to cleanse them.
Hey, the Frozen Mountain debuff reduces speed and damage dealt, while increasing damage taken. She stops using her default attack because her speed drops too low compared to other team members who have higher speed.
Hey, she's a physical damage dealer, so you need to prioritize pAtk, STR, etc. In the character menu, there's a toggle in the top-right corner that shows recommended stats for the selected character. As for the sets, well... that's for you to decide.
Hey, taunt also redirects targeted healing and buffing attempts, so you might want to manually control your healer’s ult. Also, in the 1.10 update, this boss fight was slightly nerfed, and a new opt-in system was added that can make quest fights even easier. You can grab 1.10c off our Patreon for free. Hey, in your first post you said "playing in Adventurer’s Mode", but messages like "Aura works here" only appear in Story Mode.
So in Story Mode, you need to talk to Koyanskaya and sign the contract, after that you need to play "Cursed Items" scene from Corruption Tab. Then you can play the "Purchasing a Permit" node (this node is NOT replayable, you can only play it once and afterwards it will appear as locked). After that you can summon Zani, and then you need to go to the left end of the village, and interact with the sign there - the farm is now unlocked.
Maybe you haven’t finished the previous chapter? How does your chapter 8 (VIII) look now? To fully complete Chapter 8 of the main story bookmark, you also need to finish both chapters of Artoria Equine in the Corruption bookmark.
Refresh Koyanskaya’s shop. After that, you can buy the permit from her. If you’ve already bought it, you need to use it from your consumable inventory.
Hey, I just checked both of those quests after skipping the start of the story, and they both work perfectly fine.
When you click the “Start” button, does any kind of popup appear? For those quests, you need to have Hu Tao and Artoria in your party, respectively. If they are transformed, you either need to cleanse them first or purchase “Free Trial” tickets from Koyanskaya.
Signing the contract unlocks new storylines, quests, a trinket slot, new zone influences, the farm, transformations, units, scenes, and more. Basically a huge chunk of the game ;^) It also doesn’t lock you out of anything.
You can gift her “Tasty Treat” from her character screen to increase her Chivalry stat faster. Eventually, after viewing all of her story-related scenes, you’ll be able to “Promote” her. After the second promotion, the quest will be completed.
For the ongoing arc, we will most likely continue as is. However, we’ve already received some cool monster TF requests and ideas that are a perfect fit for certain characters. Also, other arcs we’ve already introduced, like Infinity Castle and Demon Pits, feature much less “humane” TFs in them. :^)

Hey, now you can click on chibis in the town and gift them Cursed Milk to transform them into cowgirls (other gifts will have different effects). After that, at the farm, in the barn, you can play the new "milking" minigame with them, and the scene you're missing will be unlocked.
