Hey, the only solution would be to add a limit to status effects, but that would also take away part of the fun...

How about changing how the dmg is shown? The worst problem comes from puppet girl during pink particke attack, becouse there are multiple dmg indicators which my be the cause of crashes. Is it possible to make it into one dmg instance calculating dmg from all skill dmg sources?

The game actually had a system like that before. It was implemented in 1.6. It combined damage and healing into single instances before spawning the text, but I disabled it in 1.9 because I realized it was displaying absolute nonsense.

So I will either have to redo that system or add something like a "disable damage numbers during combat" toggle setting.
