You need to do this 3 times and after this the Vampire will show up when you return to your room. NOTE - You do not actually get Vampire Spit here I think it is a visual bug, you get it on the 4th time of completing the Haunted House after doing anal with Astrid.  Also if  Dr. Frost has her child before handing in the Vampire Spit will be locked out in the after birth loop so this cannot happen)

You then use them in the Studio > Porn 

So put simply complete  the Haunted House 4 times with doing Anal with Astrid, hand in the  Vampire Spit to Dr. Frost and visit Anna for Porn in the Studio

NOTE 2 - If  Dr. Frost has her child before handing in the Vampire Spit will be locked out in the after birth loop so this cannot happen)

NOTE 3 - Anna will call you Nathan in the Futa CG not your player given name

All NOTEs are bugs which will be fixed in 1.8B in the next days or week. 

I will note if you have not played in some time there is a lots of new content and the images have been reworked in the early game. So it is highly recommended to start a fresh save. 

You do not update as in you are replacing any files. 

Just download the zip file from main page, extract it and launch the Starmaker Story.exe from the Starmaker 1.8A folder

If you are on about migrating your save(s) the official statement from the developer is to start a new game. Though at your own risk there is a third party migration tool further down the community posts.

Ah sweet now I get you so a femboy with the archetype of Miss Zero. Though maybe if a direct relation not have them located within the Adult shop it is annoying enough at the moment having to toggle between Miss Zero and Nyxara 😅

Still of the mindset a lot more could be done with River however, the character is so mouldable in terms of personality and the influence the MC has on them. They would be a great candidate to play around with customisation options and you can shape them down a path of any  gender, ideology or relation you desire to suit your wants as a player. The developer should use the game more often as a sandbox to poll concepts that could be used in future projects.

Solo Route

• The following week, go to the Sauna and have sex with her again.
• After taking down Mario, you can invite her to the farm by speaking with her either at the Terrace or Library.

• Quick releases with loads of bugs?
• Long delays between releases with no bugs?

Sure the developer could hire additional staff to work on the game, but that did not work out too well the last time round.

The bugs have been acknowledged and a fix version is on the way for the latest release. 

There has been no release ETA announced for 1.9, just a quarterly window. That suggests the developer is learning from their mistakes. 

Your subscription is mostly for the Roundscape project, not Starmaker. That is made very clear. 

Most bugs can be worked around, all you have to do create a post on itch and someone will be more than happy to help.

I can clear some of this up

• The game will not release in March on Steam, it is more likely we will see 1.9 in March/April on Itch (going by previous development cycles) The steam release (with an exclusive character and quest) will be published once 2.0 is complete and the game is considered Gold. So realistically late summer / early autumn of 2026. 
• Per image it would take around 1 hour to edit the image to an acceptable game quality standard using Comfy UI and Photoshop, you then need to times this by the amount of Sprites and CGs within the game for every futa. Then you need to rewrite dialog and completely regen images where the futa is having sexual interactions with the MC or Other characters, this would take around 3 hours per image. Then there is all the code that would need to be written for this in Unity so that both the options (futa/vanilla) are applied and then make changes to so that automation tests are aligned for test cycle or significantly increase the time spent on manual testing. I am sure Kal would be more than open for someone creating a Mod for this, but for the developer to natively support this would mean we get another rework patch like 1.8 with significantly less new story content. It is also important to remember Starmaker is a side project and most of Kals love, time and effort is dedicated to Roundscape Ecplise. Personally I wish this was not the case, but at the end of the day it is what it is, nothing is going to change that. 
• As the Doc has highlighted all futa content is like the rest of that of other characters completely optional. For example you can chose to bench press in the gym on your own, without the need for having a dick in your face. Using this example maybe a better request would be to have a random female arse/tits in your face when bench pressing? 
• Agreed on the itch main page, it would be nice to have content tags back. They did use to be highlighted. As well as other changes like updated preview images (all the images are from old builds now not including the reworked sprites) there needs to be notes for things like "Saves are not always compatible or migrated from subsequent releases" and the game should not be marked as "Released" and should be marked as "In Development" 
• The steam page is very old and will most likely be updated prior to release

Open this in File Explorer there should be some NANOSAVE_XXXX folders in it, then ensure permissions are set  so that the application can write and read

River is not boring she is great, but I do think there is a miss opportunity to have her start a Starmaker account and we get to Bimbofy her. It's been Christmas since the main release so imagine some time was taken off work. Now it is just a matter of how long the bugs take to fix, could be days, could be weeks.... 

What you mean by update? 1.8A was released a week ago with all the new content and is on the main page. If you mean the bugfix patch 1.8B that will be a couple of days to a week or two when the developer has fixed all the main bugs. 

Ah that might be the bug then, when she comes to your room it says you get Vampire Spit but you do not, and maybe it is triggering this notification instead of the Goth Outfit notification

Yeah noticed that, and figured this might be case as nothing really happened with them since they were introduced. StarCon does look a lot more lived in now and fits the style you would expect from a convention. I would be interested to know with all the new Sprits introduced in 1.8 does that mean Kal has created a simpler method for creating them. If so would be cool to flesh out StarCon for example with more Starmaker's when visiting. Maybe the MC talking to female stars and Anna talking to Male ones building on some jealousy traits you see on the holidays and stuff and just building out the world a little. If a Starmaker spinoff is getting closer to being considered for a future project you could even hide the main star from next one in plain sight, we can look back at it and think MF she was there the whole time 😅 

On StarCon cosplay subject: Seen as the sprites were already set up for these cosplay costumes any chance River could sell some of them to us in a future patch with a couple of CGs for them in the Studio? Personally the 2B and Stars & Stripes one was nice and would cool to have some images for them with Anna. 

Another not really related question/maybe bug, but I got Anna's Goth costume and guessing this was from completing the Astrid Storyline, but there was never any UI notification as far as I am aware. Only noticed today while was trying to complete my first run with all the little things I missed along the way. So was not sure if there is a bug where some costumes are not triggering a notification. I think this also happened with legacy traits like pervert, I could fully interact with Miss Zero after the car wash but when they are complete nothing is shown on screen?  

Sure there 💯 will be things you want to keep private. Though insights into the build process are always an interesting read and gives people more of an understanding why something costs more than others. There always appears to be requests asking for things which in theory might appear simple but due to the complexity, time consumption and resources available become an epic as opposed to a simple task. There is also the authors intent to keep in mind if the content would fit the story and theme the developer is trying to create. Anyway I am rambling again, but in short it would be cool and interesting. Especially more for an example of something that had some early development on it but was deemed too time consuming to implement in the end 😅

I know it is on the lines of giving away the secret sauce. But you ever thought of doing a behind the curtain demonstration of what a full CG image workflow looks like? i.e 

• Model, Seeding, Config, Prompts and Refinement for Gen 
• Tracing and Editing 
• Scaling 
• Image formatting
• All the stuff that goes code side in Unity for IDs and placement 

It would give people a better idea of why stuff like this takes at least 3 hours per image and then times that by 100+ for requests like this.

As well as keeping the torch on Astrid, you need to take it off and look for the vampire every so often and press spacebar when she gets close to hide. If this is happening as soon as you start the mini game, press space bar straight away, that should give you about 10 seconds to focus on Astrid for a while and fill up the bar.

First thing to check is that you are on the Alice Stealing Route, it is exclusive to this route then as in the guide it is a 50/50 event 

• Alice can be found on the Beach after completing her scene in the Club with a 50% chance of replacing Isabella on Thursday (You need to have Isabella's route unlocked, sex with Isabella is not required)

You need to have successfully completed the haunted house 3 times, then the vampire will come to your room. Then you can introduce Emma to Astrid and meet them inside the Petrol Station.

• Haunted House - Monday - x3 
• Emma District - Tuesday 

I am afraid it sounds like you are locked into the romance path. You will need to start a new playthrough and be more naughty than nice. Example: Lewd comments, gestures and not being helpful 😅

No problem. I can understand the confusion. All the new questlines are by no means fine tuned and polished and hoping they are addressed via 1.8B. But who knows Kal and Dr.Muramasa's have gone back into a state of radio silence, we only know we are getting a 1.8B via a single tweet and some bugs and workflows were cleared  up by Dr.Muramasa who returned for a day. Anyway I am risking going on a tangent, but same old story lack of communication....  

Sorry should have been more clear

1. No CG content for Norah in this release. Only dialogue events in the Church and Public Pool - Yes, there is a share option but this currently does not lead anywhere. 

2. Emma meeting Astrid is a prerequisite of the Emma's Tuesday quest line. Once you introduce Emma to Astrid at the Petrol Station there is option for a shared tit job. - This for the 3rd part of Emma's quest. Until you have done the haunted house you cannot introduce Emma to Astrid. When they meet there is option where she starts biting her neck to join in on the fun.  - This not repeatable (I believe)

3. Progress Dr. Frost's quest in the Lab at the Harbour. This should naturally happen as you hand in experiment items and select the correct dialogue options to engage in physical acts. - It happens eventually first Dr. Frost has sex with the monster thing, then you and then she gets pregnant and you can have pregnancy sex with her, then she has the offspring and this is where everyone is stuck in dialog loop. (You have to select the correct dialog options for this to happen though) - Also keep mind this questline appears a little glitchy at the moment so it is possible you have just got stuck in a bad state with should be fixed in 1.8B
