Overall amazing job to both of you!! I really liked how sadistic Saden was in viewing this fantasy world as a canvas to project her hatred with the real world, and how her personality clashed with Ingrislia’s. Also liked how the spicy scenes progressed from sensual to bitter to vitriolic and back again.
The art for the characters is adorable and the UI reminds me of old school fantasy games which lends itself well to the world. I also liked the detail of the “burning” in the back of Saden’s mind literally growing brighter and brighter.
I do feel it was a tad difficult to keep up with the exposition of magic and the greater lore of the world such as with the Ilumar and prophecies, but Saden’s obsession and growing hatred of Vivu was the star of the show. It was very raw and compelling and really propelled the story forward imo. Great job again!!!
Big fan of this! I like how borderline eldritch the concept of eververt felt, with an imperceptible aspect of the world as simple as a color. I really like how divisive each characters' opinions on it were, and how we could piece together more about Jana and Alicia in each route. I think Jess' route was my favorite in an unsettlingly wholesome way. Also really liked the sleek UI and sound design. Nice job!
Really liked seeing all of Advent and Justice's interactions with each other! The art is so charming and switching perspectives among everyone is a neat idea. I do wish it was possible to skip through dialogue already seen before, and I think some background music would have tied everything together. Great job overall!
You guys absolutely cooked! It was super fun figuring out each puzzle, and the art style and music all meshed well together. There was a real sense of learning all the mechanics as they came, from the boxes to backstabbing to buttons and more, and a nice bit of exploration in the hub area. It did get a little confusing navigating the UI after multiple powers were unlocked, since multiple powers could also activate at once. Amazing job!
It was really fun trying out the different combos, and super satifying to land that axe kick in the air and slamming down! I do wish there was some more attack balancing, enemy variety, or a higher enemy frequency to keep the hype going, since it was easy to take a whole group out with the tentacle attacks, which left some empty air. Great job overall though!
This was a blast to play! It was tough getting a hang of the controls at first but once I did, it was super satisfying going from jump to jump and wall to wall. I love the whole last third of the game the most. I only wish GG had more lives to get used to the controls a bit more in the beginning without too much of a punishment. Amazing game!
