Hi Happy Pillow! Great game, I have been enjoying it. The last version I tried was 0.15, and I haven't cleared the latest release yet (it's long!). I have a few questions about functionality in the game though since I don't think they are working as intended.
The connections being bidirectional despite having a queue size of 1 also makes it impossible to build automation that won't block resulting in dead slaves. Are there any plans to add a lane for each direction to address this, or is the intention for players to build circular pipelines, and in that case will you be removing bidirectionality?
In my current build I just need a basic "if pregnant or low health" condition, but I can't seem to get that working since the `Any of the above` condition always evaluates to true and sends my slaves down the pipeline indefinitely preventing any breeding. Are you planning to fix or simplify these filters?
For a breed room pipeline, to avoid blocked connections, I created a circle with optional separated paths for delivery and milking, but I can't move the male to safety. _I modified my build so I have a separate slaves cage just for him as a panic room, but it's not ideal._
I also was trying to create a circular pipeline for the glory hole, but that has even worse problems. Some slaves won't get pregnant and just die, but if I set the condition to low health then once they reach max depravity they just block the pipeline forever since they no longer loose health, and this likely also disrupts build supplies efficiency since it's not catching an event that happens at the end of intercourse and instead potentialy disrupting it.
I also can't seem to set a priority when there are multiple connections where all conditions are met. I have a West, North, and East connection in one build, and it seems to be running down hard-coded conditional logic and always starts with the West connection? Are there any plans to set priorities on the connections? How would you control for a scenario where you have a pregnant slave, and the circular pipeline to the East for delivery, North for milking, and West for showers such that if possible to send them to delivery?
I cannot fathom a use case for the detail filters. Most systems that are reasonable to create given the amount of build supplies required are simple closed loops for stuff like creating more of a specific race of slave, or a specific breed of goblin, and the hair color or height is never a thought. Is there a working example showing the use case for the details filters, or was that just overzealous design, and if the latter are you planning to simplify it in the future?
Anyways, great work on the latest update. I love the new animations.
