Hey all!

I'm a Software Engineer looking to join a team for this jam.

Experience

I'm a recent college grad with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. Most of my project experience has been in full-stack web and mobile dev, but I've gone through a few tutorial series using Godot, so I'd like to think that I have a decent grasp on basic gamedev stuff :)

Technical Skills

Languages: GDScript, C++, Python, JavaScript

Game Engines (Learning)Unity, Godot

Other: Git, Linux, learning whatever is needed to make something work ;)

---

If anyone is looking for a committed programmer to work with during this jam, feel free to hit me up on Discord --> CaptainKitten#4747

I'm in PST time and am generally responsive between 10am-10pm.

Best of luck to everyone participating in the jam! 😊

Hey all!

I'm a recent college grad with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. Most of my project experience has been in full-stack web and mobile dev, but as of late I've been exploring game dev more seriously. I participated in my first game jam a few months ago and had a great experience, and would love to find a team to work with for this one.

I have a little experience with Godot and UE4, but I'm open to using whatever technology the team is most comfortable with. My main languages are C++, JavaScript, and Python, but again, I'm open to working with whatever stack we deem appropriate.

Hope everyone has a great jam! 😄

This is a super cool idea! Kind of building off of the other suggestions, perhaps you could have "safe platforms" that are styled differently and are the same in both worlds? That way, a player would know they can switch freely and examine their options for moving forward? :)

This is awesome!! Major style points, and the music is great!

Hey all! I'm a recent college grad with a degree in Software Engineering. Most of my dev experience is in web and mobile, and I've just gotten started with games. I'd love to find some fellow learners to create with!

Hey all! I'm a recent college grad with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, and I'm looking for people to create games with.

Development Experience

Most of my project experience has been in full-stack web and mobile dev, but I did take a class on game programming so I understand the basic underlying structure of graphics/game physics. If anyone with more gamedev experience wants to link up, I'm a quick learner and a hard worker! :)

Technical Skills

Languages: C++, C#, Python, JavaScript

Game Engines (Learning): Unity, Godot

Other: Git, Linux, learning whatever is needed to make something work ;)

Other Skills

  • I'm a musician (percussionist) that's been playing for ~14 years. I mainly teach these days, and haven't done much writing, but I know enough theory to be of use if needed.
  • I did various business plan/innovation competitions in school, and have good public speaking skills/a grasp on how to talk to people about a product and get them excited.
  • Also starting to try my hand at pixel art, but I'm still learning so don't expect much. :b

Thanks for reading! :)

I guess my dream team would be another developer, a musician, and an artist, but I'm not picky! Just looking for some cool people to learn and jam with. :)
