My favourite is the engineering costume! It's really cute, and makes you feel like a *princess* who is also an engineer. I feel like in my mind the Evening Gown is now Zorana's default outfit because I'm always wearing it.
I always look forward to the character designs, and especially the alternative costumes, in games. Overall I think the designs in the game are fine, but unfortunately, I have accrued a bit of fashion school damage. While the faces, hair and bodies of the characters are all very well drawn, I do think the artist has room for improvement when it comes to drawing clothes. With some attention to fashion history, garment construction and proper fitting, their art would go from great to awesome. I know the art isn't going to be changed by now, this is just some friendly criticism for the future.

While that could be a drastic choice within the game universe, I think video game players have come to be conditioned that just beating up bad guys is the default way to solve problems unless the game firmly establishes that you should avoid confrontation. I also felt more like I was harvesting ending options from that one event, rather than any kind of role-playing experience. Like when you're done with your current playthrough in a game like Princess Maker or the classic Ateliers, so you re-load a save and sell your entire inventory, tweak some stats, and avoid the final flags to collect less prestigious endings for the sake of completion. At that point I've lost any sense of immersion :(
I kind of feel like there should be a cruelty check or something for the "wbvavat sbeprf jvgu gur onq thl" ending, like in the first game. In LLTQ I always found it very amusing that you could play as a mad tyrant but everything is sparkly and pink, but in this one I got the rivy raqvat by playing as I usually do and then everything drastically changes depending on what dialogue option you pick at that turn. It feels like it would be more rewarding if there was some more build up and it could function like a sort of route/achievement for us who like to create as much chaos as possible.
1. The Interaction skills
2. Menace. It's often easier to just blackmail someone than do their quest, especially if the person already doesn't like you. The time limit feels really tight in this game so saving a few turns feels worth it despite the risk of more assassins appearing. Science helps with saving time (and I also really find Stoyan and Arrahil very entertaining) but after finding out you have to keep the stat low for *certain events* to happen I had to think of ways to play without early fast movement speed anyway.
3. I tend to neglect Domination and Environment
I'm wonder if anyone could kindly give me some advice on how to continue some of the plot threads. I've gathered from the forums that there is:
1. N cybg jurer Xbehaqv orgenlf lbh
2. Fbzrguvat nobhg n funggrerq tynff raqvat
3. Rivy qnq naq Znmneva frrzf gb or hc gb ab tbbq. However, I can't even figure out how to get Mazarin to appear in the story again after he leaves.
I don't know if this counts as a contradiction but here goes:
Event: Passing the reflexes check when Zorana goes to sleep on turn 1
There seems to be no problem with the event itself as far as bugs are concerned, but I found it odd that Zorana is sleeping fully dressed when there is a pyjamas sprite already. I was thinking it might be to not interfere with the outfit system, but then I remembered that this is turn 1 which means you can't possibly have unlocked any stat-boosting outfits yet.
That's interesting! I'd like to investigate as well, but unfortunately I have to take a break from the game for now. I have some deadlines coming up :( I'll probably still check the forums during breaks.
I was thinking of making my own doodle crossing over Zorana with the OTHER unprepared-princess-gets-thrown-into-space-empress-election, if that's ok! I think Zorana and Ionasal would make great friends. Jbhyq or shaal vs gur cybg gjvfg va Mbenan gbb vaibyirf oernxvat gur sbhegu jnyy. Qhevat gur frtzrag jurer jr yrnea bs "Cevaprff Zrybql" V jnf fgnegvat gb guvax gung znlor gur pbaarpgvba gb Rybqvr naq ure zhygvcyr qvssrerag sngrf jbhyq ghea vagb fbzrguvat.
(SPOILERS) I think I found an inconsistency in the epilogues. I've redacted the other text to avoid spoilers. Zorana locks away Eternal Radiance, but then decides to incinerate the Grib with it. Maybe the Grib threat is just that serious and this is not an error, but it did seem kind of odd to me how her feelings suddenly switched like it was nothing.
I've been away from the game for a while, so I downloaded the latest demo version for Linux, but I can't get it to work. The previous release I had, 9d1, runs as it should. I will have to investigate further, but for now I just wanted to give a heads up that it doesn't work out of the box (or by changing the settings that are the usual suspects) like previous versions. Super sleepy due to allergies, so I might have just missed something obvious too.
I'll keep looking for it then!! :D
No, I haven't been able to get the mother trait at all in the new version, which is why I started wondering if it had been removed or changed. It seems like my old save files aren't compatible anymore, by the way. They will show up in the load screen, but nothing happens if I try to load them. Maybe that's just to be expected though after a big update.

Event: Mirelle personal quest (magic trick)
I also got this error screen when trying to outmaneuver using the Military skill in the card game elector quest
I seem to have a issue where if I open Moods, and then click to continue the dialogue, the mood screen just kind of stays there (clicking mood option again closes it, but otherwise it will just stay there awkwardly in the background)
