Didn't draw this myself! The very talented artist is Tru Nguyen Hoang

I've added some resources (and will be adding more before the jam gets underway) !

The fonts are free and linked in the jam description now. I've also created a "Designed for Outclaws" logo:

As opposed to sharing the official logo to avoid confusion!

Absolutely! Thanks for asking. I'll get some files up for you to utilize and add it to the resources.

Hey! Feel free to use both sides of one page! I'll go back and make that clearer.

Hi! I'm hosting a game jam!!! My first one online!

The goal of the jam is to have participants create their own one-page monster lairs and fill them with tricks, traps, and tempting loot - all to make them perfect locations for a fun heist! All the maps are meant to work with OUTCLAWS, my free fantasy-comedy RPG that you can think of as a mix of Honey Heist and D&D.

Submissions need to be visual in some way to actually show the layout of the lair, but that can be as simple as you want!

The Jam starts Monday, April 13th and runs for a little over two weeks until April 30th. Once the jam is over, voting will open until May 8th! The winning submission will receive $150 as a prize and the two runner-ups will receive $50 each! Voting will be open to the public and use a rating queue. Voters will be asked to rank entries based on: ThemeLootClarity, and Overall Appeal!

Would love for you to join and see what kind of heist-able lairs you make!

Hey! So glad to hear you had fun with the game!! Definitely feel free to play it with your local library and thanks for asking in the first place!

thank you so much!

Hi everybody!

Really excited to share my new fantasy heist RPG: OUTCLAWS!

Outclaws Logo

If you like Honey HeistLasers & Feelings, or Blades in the Dark - or just want to pull some crazy heists on tyrannical dragons - I think you'll find a lot to enjoy in this game. You can play as runaway familiars, miniature kaijus, isekai'd goblins, and more!

PLUS, this game is available completely for FREE so there's no reason not to give it a shot! (You can also leave a little "pay-what-you-want" tip to support the development but it felt only right that you should be able to 'steal' this particular heist game!)

I hope you'll check it out and give the game a shot!

Would love to hear about your adventures if you do.

Outclaws

Obrigado!

Thank you so much! Excited for you to get to give it a try!

Thank you so much! I hope you enjoy the game :)

Updated version up now with this fix included!

Hey! Glad you're enjoying the game and hope Hadrianus Kilmore makes it far. I'll make sure to get that fixed in this next pass!

For what it's worth the Delinquent Scion is supposed to give you the Improved Spy and the Gambler gives you Improved Revel.

Hi there! The updated v1.1 game file has been uploaded and the file is now formatted to display in pages, not spreads, to be a little more printer friendly! Hope you enjoy it!

*salute* So impressive making it to the Colosseum! And thank you for the kind words and feedback! I'm working on 1.1 update to help reorganize some of the information so feel free to drop me a message with some feedback!

Thank you for the feedback! For the opacity of the background you want the red to be less intense or more?

ah got it. Let me investigate! Shouldn’t be a problem to get a single page version uploaded for you

Hey! Thanks for the kind words about the game! I can definitely make sure to put up a more printer friendly version too.

Is it just the spread layout? Usually I can switch that in the settings of whatever pdf I’m reading. You should be able to do the same.

Anything else that would help you?

Hey! Glad you dig it! Hope you have fun with the game!!

Thank you! My collaborators on the project killed it! The cover art is by Lumen Heine (look her up on Bluesky!)

Yeah! I guess I didn't delete it properly originally. Archived it now, though! Thank you again!

Oh my god, what?! Thank you. I thought I had deleted that in the page set up but it looks like it was still available when I had already canceled my plans for that community reward. Thank you for letting me know!!

Hi! I'm Jeremy. Today I just released my first original TTRPG: A solo game about fighting to become Rome’s greatest gladiator! It’s got tactical combat with its trick-taking mechanics, immersive roleplay with optional journaling prompts, and a sick ass character sheet.

Would love it if you checked out the game!

Buy the game here: https://bardlight.itch.io/spectacula

Hi! I just released my first original TTRPG and I'd love to get some feedback on the store page to see what I can tweak and improve on both to edit this project and for the future. Anything that experienced eyes see that I might not with this being my first project published on Itch!
