Wow! I simply loved this game!
So much creativity, nice gameplay, and beautiful graphics!!

That's exactly what I was looking for, you're awesome dude!

Thank you so much for this gift and a Merry Christmas to you too!

I've found a way to use it on Godot after a little while, not so easy but it worked as expected!

Btw, I've just released a game using this pack if you want to check it out (here).

Thanks for your support and the assets =D

What game engine do you use? Do you know if there is a simple way to use the fonts in Godot? I'm struggling with it and didn't find anything online =(

Congrats on the pack btw! Loved it!!

Heey! Sound design is the worse part for me and all the games I've developed. I would love a help with that!

Wow, what a fun and nice game! The Aesthetics are awesome, combining 2D pixel art with 3D environments was a great choice, I loved it. Knowing that I can't run got me super anxious about the enemies and every time my ammo ran out I got scared as hell. Really nice game and very well polished! Congrats on your entry!

This monster is great! The atmosphere and overall experience in good! I have had luck since I found the hammer and get out super fast hahaha the creature following us is terrifying...
Congrats =D

Ooh, I'm sorry to hear that!
Yesterday when I saw your comment I tried many things the game a lighter build, but unfortunately, I couldn't reduce its size :(

The glowstick mechanic keeps you terrified since every place is dark, and sometimes they run out. This was a good use of unreal assets! Congrats for your submit!

I liked alot this game concept and idea! It's really difficult but really cool! The graphical style is very good too!
Couldn't pass the third wave though hhaha
Very nice entry! Congrats!

I've had some problems with the controls at first... Probably orienting it with the game would fit well. Except that, I like everything in this game! You have nice low poly pixelated graphics and an incredible level design! Congrats!

I like this game! Nice story and good retro-styled graphics. Nice transitions and use of sounds too, btw.
I felt that the maps were too repetitive, but that's fine for the development time. The horizontal lines on the screen were initially giving me anxiety, but I've gotten used to them a little later. Congrats on your submission!

Wow, definitly one of the bests games here, without a dout! Really creative, really good art and aesthetics, excellent use of the sounds, and of course, terrifying! Congrats on your project!

Wow, what a good idea! What a fantastic idea! I can for sure say the same for the game aesthetics! I loved this game so much! Congrats!

Nice music and visuals! I loved the gameplay too! Very fun and beautiful game! Congrats!

Yeah, that was my first serious game hahah (beside a project I’m working for steam, but currently frozen since I don’t have time for it).

I’m sorry for the ambient been too dark… as I stated in the previous comment, in my monitor it was already too bright, and I didn’t had enough time to add an options menu! That really is something that will keep an eye in my next projects! Overall, I’ll be looking to improve this since I’m thinking about keep up with the project!

Thanks for your review!! Appreciate it!

Oh, thanks a lot for your review and showing your thoughts!! This really encourage me a lot to make this a complete game!!

At the beginning I was thinking about every flashback been related to a puzzle(like the first one), but at the final hours of the Jam I decided to polish more the game, develop the end and, unfortunately,  cutoff the puzzles… And even this way I almost couldn’t upload my game in time xD

About the ambient been too dark, I think there’s something to be with my monitor, since for me the game was already too bright xD I’ll look for it in the next versions and probably add a option in the menu to change the brightness, since I didn’t had time for this either! Probably I’ll find out a way to fix the flashbacks too.

Good to know that you’ve noticed and liked details like keeping the movement directions, I had a hard time figuring out how to make the controls smooth!!

Once again thank you so much for your review! I’ve felt really happy and motivated reading this! And for sure I want to put more effort in this game!

Mine is a little bit different, everytime I compile the lights all the meshes in the scene desapear haha Everytime I need to restart the engine .-.

This game style, gameplay and puzzles are awesome! I love games in this style with a heavy theme... Kinda remembers me of Fran Bow. I hope you have interest in making it a complete game, I definitely would play it. Congrats!

This game is awesome! I loved the story, the concept, the style, puzzles, everything!
It take me hours to figure the password out hahah
Congrats for your game! It was awesome.

Wow, this prototype is a masterpiece!
I really loved this, so much!
The only thing that wasn't great are the mechanics that I struggled a little to learn, but after that everything looks perfect to me!
Congrats!

Nice game!
The aesthetics looks really good, I've had fun searching for the driver, and that creature creeped me out!
Nice game! Congrats for your submission!

This game is awesome! I loved it!
I've got immersed in the story from beginning to the end!
And your aesthetics is fantastic!
Congrats!

I like your idea and the simple style of the models! Congrats for your entry!

Thank you so much for your review! Nice to know you've liked it!

I've really liked that, been honest, It would be great a collab some day if you want!
I've made my game in UE5 too and forgot to add Vulkan and DirectX 11 support in the building settings. This ended with me uploading my game 2 hours later from submission period... I was almost crying when I contacted the host and he authorized me to send the update!

Thanks so much for your review! This really keep me inspired and motivated
I've tried my best with the controllers haha The first build was alot worse!
About your pc having trouble with it, that's a serious problem when using Unreal 5 for a Jam I think... Unreal is beaultiful, but takes a lot of time to otimize the game, and sadly, I didn't have enough time for it.

Btw, I'm planning to play your game again today, I've played yesterday but I was so tired to got through the puzzles hahaha As soon as I play it will review it (spoiler: I've loved your style)!

Thanks for the review!
Resident Evil is one of my favorite games, ever, and I really like this style!
Good to know that you liked it!
Thx for playing!

Thanks for playing and reviewing, I really appreciate it!

Thanks for playing! If you want to try the good ending by yourself, there's a final "secret" flashback, which explains a little more of the story and the end! You just have to solve the last puzzle without entering the wrong door more than twice + run towards the monster (to fight him) in the red room. But if you just want to know what happens, here's the story:

SPOILER AHEAD:

First, there's another flashback of her husband telling her to forgive herself, and trying to convince her that something is not her fault. With this, the games ends with the explanation:

Alex finally woke up from her nightmare, only to discover that she had been in a car accident. This tragic event claimed the lives of both her husband and children and left her in a coma for several days. Thanks to her memories, she found the strength to return to life and face another day.

This game is so fun to play, unfortunately I suck at killing zombies hahaha
Serious, I've had a good time playing this!
The style is awesome too! Good to see projects from Unreal btw!
Congrats for your game!

Really fun game, and nice aesthetics too =D
Congrats!

Ohh, nice to hear that! Hope I can see something from you soon!
And I for sure know how it is running out of time hahah I had to cut off some key parts of my game too. That was a pain :(

Nice Aesthetics and idea.
Beautiful game!

Wow, just wow!
I loved your game so much! This is the scariest thing I played in a while!
Congrats!!

It's so sad that the game is unfinished, I was curious about the end haha
The style is very good and like the loop idea! Do you plan to update and finish the game later? Good work!

Wow, that was a really good short experience...
And I was shocked by the story and primarily by the character name: Jack!
The story is your game is very similar to mine, and to go even further, in the story I've wrote (does not show up in the final game), my main character husband name is Jack xD
What a coincidence!
Congrats for you game!

Glad You've liked!
The controls I admit it's a little frustranting even for me who loves games with fixed camera... But I've tried my best to make them as smooth as possible! Thx for your comment!

I like the atmosphere of this game, as Munsa said, very spook. The use of sounds was great too!

Wow, I loved it!
Nice thematic graphics, really good idea and highly enjoyable! All the animations looks great too!
Congrats!
