Thanks a lot - looking forward to it 😁

Thanks for all the hard work! Looking forward to playing this after we did Signal to Noise last year.

Is there an editable character sheet, setting, faction etc.

Editing a picture of it on my phone is… Difficult lol (I don’t want to spoil the printed one!)

Loved it :D

Haha I had you and about 2 others that I couldnt remember which is which :D

Heya! Sorry Ive forgotten who 'ultimate destruct' is again! Do send me an email :D Otherwise Ill have to put you down as that :D

I think that might be an open office thing - I use word. I deleted and modified something I've been working on for it so might just be something left behind from there I'm afraid!

I think I'll go by the countdown counter myself - easier than working out everyone's timezones!

Voters will be able to vote on three criteria:

Overall engagement
Clever use of the 'key' theme
Gamelike elements, items, multiple paths etc

So nothing specifically art based - though of course I imagine good art always sways voters!

Thats the fantastic thing about working with a pdf magazine! If the margins need narrowing for the print version Ill just edit it to fit the magazine

Hi all - just a quick one - feel free to edit as much as you like!

I find this often with writing projects - I think most IF writers - at least of books, tend to write individually alongside artists etc. I haven't found many recent successful collaborations in the community!

I think the idea of grouping up comes from itch.io being predominantly for video games - people see this with an idea that it must be like the other jams!

Gamebook Zine is all about new and interesting mechanics - feel free to invent something completely new here - dont feel like you have to keep to tradition!

Of course -Its open to anyone

Up to you! Established systems will be easier to grab hold of, but new mechanics are always interesting to see and I think people enjoy learning new ways to play. Of course the problem is needing testing afterwards!

Have this on switch - just finished first play through, utterly fantastic game

no worries - it actually worked as a good failsafe in some ways as it went back to the menu rather than just crashing

Sandbrook is a new choose your own adventure book were working on - please check out our first chapter and artwork and let us know what you think!

Massive spider!
