If you purchase the game on PayPal you will have access to a download link there. Updates are always published on itch and PayPal simultaneously. You don't have to pay for future updates.
I can't comment on why the last free release (that being v0.20) isn't available for download. But everything from v1.0 and onward is paid only. (However, you only needed to pay once and got any further updates as part of that payment.)

Thank you for the clarifications. I will take another look in the following days and update my feedback post accordingly. It's always nice to see a project finished but I'm going to miss the new content updates. I will keep waiting to see these characters again sometime in the future, especially Emily. :D
As far as I know, 1.2 will be the final update. However, Siren has stated that they want to re-visit these characters eventually. Additionally, there are works for another story within this neighborhood that takes place some time before House Chores.
As far as I know, the animations are only available as part of the Legendary Patreon supporter tier. So you would need to "subscribe" to that tier at least once to get those rewards.

Spanish and Portuguese speakers want a language section where they can change the game's language. I think you could collaborate with third parties to add other languages. I wouldn't mind paying more for that.

As far as I understand it, as it currently stands, the game still awaits its manual review. Until then, downloading the game from itch seems to be a game of chance (apparently the current version is supposed to be downloadable from your library if you've purchased any v1.0 or later version. But several comments have pointed out that this doesn't seem to work...)
Therefore it's only available on Patreon right now. Since there's apparently no way for Patreon to know wether you've already purchased the game on itch or not, you'd need to purchase it on Patreon again. Siren is aware that this affects a lot of people but unfortunately there's nothing really they could do about this problem. (However, once you've purchased the game on Patreon, future updates will be free, just as they were here on itch.)
I'd guess, wait for the 1.1.5 update, then take a look here and on Patreon if the new version should be available on itch and if it actually is. If it turns out that Siren can't update the game here on itch while it's delisted, then the only other way would be to purchase the game again on Patreon.
As Siren stated in their latest v1.1.5 First Look post on Patreon, they don't know themselves if it's possible to release updates for the game here on itch at this moment.

I'll just leave it at "play the game completely" since I don't want to spoil anything. However, let's just say that at least some of your expectations will be met. ;D
I more or less agree with basically everything you wrote. There's a pool scene with Julie in the daytime, a scene between Julie & Linda at night, and that's it. You could count the "Valencia" special scene with Linda because it obviously takes place in the equivalent of the pool, but in my opinion that's a stretch since the pool isn't of any interest during the actual scene.
More scenes for any of the 3 would be nice, no matter if before or after reaching a certain point in the relationship. There are only scenes with Linda in the bathroom and the dining room technically has none (there are Emily's RPG-inspired scenes and Julie's date night, but none of them actually take place in the dining room). There is no option in your bedroom to fantasise about Julie or Emily and Emily doesn't have a visit scene in your bedroom. A real scene with just Julie & Emily would also be nice.
There's still so much potential for more scenes, and there are even hints for new content in the dialogue. And a lot of sketches in the gallery look really nice and interesting. I just wish that all of this doesn't stay as "an idea for possible future content that was never expanded upon".
This is a known bug in low quality mode and is said to be fixed with the next update v1.1 which is currently planned for late June. Until then, try switching to high quality mode for this interaction.
Since release of v1.0 the game is paid-only. This was announced several months before the release. I'm sure you'll find the free versions of this game on other websites.
I haven't updated the guide yet mostly due to the known bugs with Emily's tease scene. Once they're fixed I'll update it. However, even after the release of the fixed version (1.1 is now expected to be released in May or June), it might take some time. That's because I plan to restart the game again to see if I need to adjust any parts of the guide so far.
As far as I know there are no plans for any translations whatsoever. As I already mentioned in the last thread you opened. There might be some enthusiasts who work on unofficial translations but I don't know about any.
