As far as I understand it, as it currently stands, the game is only available on Patreon. However, from what I've heard, users should still be able to download the games they've purchased here on itch. But I'm not sure if Siren can actually push updates here anymore as long as the game is blocked.
So ... maybe? But I wouldn't bet on it.
