Thanks a lot for taking the time to play ❤
Yeah, you’re right I didn’t really follow pixel art rules. At first the buildings were 16x16 and the people were also 16x16, so every time you clicked to add a person, they ended up being as tall as the buildings. Later I realized that wasn’t fun — there needed to be more people and they had to be smaller
I also got lazy with the UI design because I was tired by then. Toward the end I was like, ‘No one’s gonna play this anyway, so why am I spending so much time on it
It reminded me of the Metroid series the atmosphere was really nice ❤
It took me a while to figure out what was going on!
Explanation for others:
you finish the game by reaching the yellow area.
But what matters is how many secrets you finish the game with.
The secrets are those green items!
Power ups:
Blue lets you jump infinitely!
Red lets you destroy the red walls!
The first level was good it took me quite a while to realize that when it says "PRESS" I shouldn’t press right away🤣 but only after the light turns off I only figured it out after reading the instructions
In level 2 the rule changed now it said Wait!!!
I think it would be better if the buttons turned black during Wait and white during Press (Or maybe they could go down and get disabled then pop back out again), because when I was looking at the monitor, my attention got pulled away from what was happening in the middle of the screen
It also would’ve been nice if the remaining time to press the button was shown as a simple little progress bar

Overall, I really enjoyed the 3D pixel art style of the game ❤
Great job!
🔴🟡🟢🐄
Fun game!
The graphics were beautiful ❤
It made me want to watch Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs again
When the character stops to eat the meatball, there’s no time left to do anything else. I think it’d be better if it didn’t stop while eating and if the hitbox were smaller
This game actually made me hungry!!!
Thanks for the explanation ❤
I really need to spend a few days studying and learning this topic. this type of animation truly gives life to game characters and makes their movements feel more realistic.
You implemented procedural animation on the frog really well. I even noticed that when the frog was floating motionless in space, its arms and legs would automatically spread out that was super cute :)
Since I noticed easy mode ends really fast, I added medium and hard modes.
Most of the time I beat easy mode in under two minutes you can see the strategy I use in the video below:
But medium and hard have a trick: you need to throw all your forces into one city. After a certain point, the city can’t damage your troops anymore (if they don’t turn red, it means they’re not taking damage). That way you rack up a ton of money that’s the solution to beating medium and hard.
But impossible mode depends on luck. I couldn’t beat it myself, but I feel like it’s doable
Cool FPS game, the design was nice too ❤⏱
But there’s a big bug that made it hard for me to play: when you lose and go back to the main menu, the mouse disappears so I can’t click the start button. Because of that, I had to close the game with Alt + F4 after every loss and restart it. Because of this bug, I only made it to level 3.
Also, I played on 1920x1080 resolution, and some of the game’s text was cut off outside the screen!!!
Taste the sun!
After stage 8 I somehow ended up in stage -1 and escaped the Matrix :)
The transitions in this game are awesome! both the intro and the transitions between stages were really well done
The only thing I didn’t get was why there were extra gravity nodes floating in space. I just turned them off and kept going with only the mouse.
This game reminded me of Mindustry it brought back memories of that game
One suggestion: instead of showing with text where I can or can’t build structures, just display a square (or any shape) under the mouse make it green where building is allowed and red where it’s not. Honestly, I was just spamming clicks all over the map to place my structures quickly.
I got to wave 50, but then I got bored since nothing new was happening!
Overall though, I liked the game ❤
