I made this game without thinking too much about whether the protagonist of the game was the fish or the player themself.
I hope that the fish has enough protagonism to be in the Jam.

Loved the alien twist, made the game a billion times better.
I really like the retro color palette! I cried a little bit inside when I accidentally killed my fishy with a laser. He will never be forgotten... Great job!
You made this in a week? Great job. I thought somebody else also could have made an Insaniquarium-inspired game and here I found you! Now mine looks terrible finding yours haha. My game is more focused on the feeding and raising mishmashes of fish, while yours is well balanced overall. Truthfully, you have made a great game. Had fun playing it. My favourite one in this game jam.
I love the style and the gameplay i dont know why but it reminds me of old Sega games, one of my favorites indeed

Amazing, love the juxtaposition between pet sim and battle lol. And they are intimately linked in gameplay. Very well done, well polished, simple to understand. Good art,music,sfx... Fishy for sure. Honestly I don't even know any way I can improve on the formula. Great work!
Actually the only thing I can think on replaying it would be a more crescendo ending. It just kinda ends. Maybe it would be that a boss shows up.
