Great animation sequences, The undertale type combat was easy to understand and a little bit of a challenge, solid game all round.

Ok, these animations were so cool! Really well done. 

The game itself is really simple and seems very polished. But I get a feeling that it could be more difficult - like, on the slime level, he could shoot at the player position . As it was, I could simply go up and stay above the skull shooting bullets.  Huh, you could also make so that the player can't get above the skull I guess.

One thing I noticed is that the difficult progression seems pretty off. The first two patterns are the hardest to beat (I will not count the final boss because). The slime level could be more challenging if not for the fact of the exploit I talked above.

All in all, a very nice game with clear inspirations on Undertale.  The creator is man of culture, I see :P

I agree about the difficulty. It's hard for me to balance! I want the players to experience the end of the game and not get frustrated and give up mid-way through, but I also don't want it to be TOO easy. I figure I made this one a bit too easy though. Thank you for the detailed feedback, I appreciate it.

This was really cool! Fun combination of gameplay elements, I really enjoy bullet hells, and the twist made me hyperfocused to make sure I wouldn't miss a single one. The art was also fantastic, the final sequence was awesome. Really good job! ♥

Cool little game with beautiful art!! I love that Undertale vibe. I think the levels could be made a little more difficult so that the player has a limit on the number of hits and would have to dodge several times during the battle. The moment with the boss scared me a little at first when I saw the amount of HP, but he was defeated quite easily in my opinion. In any case, I liked the game!!

Nice work! Very nice polish, art and super smooth animations!
You were able to accomplish a lot while staying in the restrictions.

The only thing I noticed, and I'm not sure if it is a bug or not, but if you press spacebar during the level it seems to reset and your lives flashes to 3 and back again.

This game is amazing! 

I love the undertale vibe, and the attack sequence and art is super cool and so polished.

I imagine the last boss was supposed to be quite difficult but with my Helldivers 2 experience it was a breeze 😎

Thank you! The last boss was meant to have attacks at one point, but I ran out of time and decided to make it a battle of endurance. 

I just got done playing your submission, and really enjoyed it!

This really feels like a fully ledged rpg game with the epic intro and between-levels progression shown. Additionally the "continue?" screen is a welcomed touch, as I hopelessly dies multiple times lol. I guess my only negative is that after beating the first level I basically beat the rest with one go, expect for the final boss. I don't mind it really, since I enjoyed the arrow/attack section of fights the best, but it would have been nice to see more of the fights in each level (of course time constraint is understandable). Still, this is great work.

Super smooth animations and art in this one, it looks really impressive! I feel like the heart moves just a bit too slowly in the undertaley segments which had me dying a LOT at the beginning, but once I got the hang of it the game was forgiving enough with restarts that I didn’t mind. I enjoyed playing this!
