This was an awesome little project! adding a first person and third person mode was very unique for this kind of game. The camera angles were really great too felt very silent hill! Great little story and fun gameplay, I recommend! Here is my gameplay video!
it actually was pretty scary, though not surprising considering the heavy influence of Puppet Combo over this game. What I was shocked with was how nice the camera and retro 3rd person tank controls were!
But next time - do not, and I repeat, DO NOT use AI to voice and or write anything. It essentially took a dump on what was otherwise pretty spooky stuff. Also, there seems to be a bug where the chase music ends prematurely. It just cuts off even though he's still chasing you.
Giving it a solid 3.5/5 stars because of the issues weighing down the game.
Hi I didn't know that the use of AI to make voices was something bad, a friend a few days ago, sent me a message, about it, and how it could be harmful, both for me and for others, I didn't know about it, and after he explained it to me, I agreed with him, and promised never to use AI for voices again. Don't worry, I'll never use it again.
I respect the honesty and transparency - i wish we had more indie devs like you. Considering the game itself was pretty enjoyable, I'll be sure to stay updated with your upcoming games. Take care!
This is a cool bit size horror game! Made me jump and laugh a few times! Love it! Want to see more from this developer :) - Gameplay and Thoughts below ;).

Fourth in the line up. A solid little 80s Slasher tribute. The notes did a good job of building interest. I do love me some scattershot lore. I feel like missed some notes, but hey, got leave some mystery. I have to admit I was not ready for the chaser to just no clip through the walls. I know some folk would call that jank, but for me I was having flash backs to the subway in Silent Hill 4. I do appreciate being able to move around in first person mode, seriously, I wished for that a lot in certain titles ages ago. And really help me out in the chase. Glad to see you still at it. Keep it up.
I enjoyed this one! Simple but effective scares, and a small story to keep you invested until the chases. You guys need to add this to your ever growing list of games that could be full projects (I'm still waiting on Night Maniac). The voices for the characters were a bit quiet I think though. Other than that, good work with this one!
Impressive game. There could be a sequel where you manage to open the door, head down to the basement and find an ancient tunnels or something like that :D
Decent game, I found using A and D to look side to side and not being able to look up and down quite annoying not gonna lie but other than that Great Job!
Pretty decent game all around. I enjoyed the mechanics of being able to switch the camera from a first person Pov to sort of third person. The sound design, especially the stingers and the chase music were great. I liked the design of the environment and the characters as well. Only complaint is that the game used AI or maybe text to speech voices, so they sounded kind of silly. Other than that, it was a nice, little horror experience that made me jump.
Always love the PSX style games, a short and sweet game that did it's job very well, and some pretty good scare moments. Had a good time with this one. Keep up the good work.
I enjoyed this game, I thought the Killer was super well done and very unnerving to look at. I like the in the woods setting. I also like these VHS style games. I wasn't a super big fan of using the a and d keys to look around rather than the mouse but it's still workable and still a very good game overall!.

I enjoyed this game its was fun what I enjoyed most was when I was getting chased because it felt intense in it's own way Good Job!

Bug report: Lantern I'm supposed to pick up after Jackson vanishes is not by the tent, or anywhere else I looked.
Just press F, the character already has it on him. I was also a bit confused there!

I liked it, only complaint was the volume (voices being low/ music higher) in some parts. Other than that I enjoyed it!
this reminds me of an average walk through London, but it's a forest instead. great game 10/10.
