I've done multiple game reviews on creators post, and put in the comments my thoughts along with a video of my playthrough! I haven't been able to do such feature since Nov. 2025. I haven't broken any guidelines was hoping this goes through so my account can get back to normal! I have the "Awaiting Mod Approval" option show, was hoping that this can get fixed soon! Thanks!

I've been anxious for months lol, I've had this problem since the end of November and got no progress since I'm hoping that something gets fixed.

From what I've read nobody has gotten theirs fixed and some having the issue since November of last year.

This is so frustrating to deal with. Months have gone by since the first issue and after many posts/comments/emails NO UPDATES. My account was never bad in the first place and just not being able to comment on users games is awful. How many more emails/support tickets are you going to take before something gets done about the situation. I know I'm not the only user either with this issue. Any updates about the situation and can we please after months of waiting just be able to comment on a game page instead of going through this whole hassle. Not trying to be rude, but man this is annoying to deal with. 

It's ok, just hoping for a positive outcome to happen.

Not being rude but I have heard this from you a few times, hopefully something will be done about it? Do you have any updates about this ongoing issue?

Still can't post to any Itch pages and ITS BEEN MONTHS NOW.. Can someone please fix this issue my new ticket I made is 344100. Please update us on the scenario! It's crazy that is has been this long and people are still having issues.

My account might be on a spam filter or a bug with my account on posting my videos/reviews on creators pages. I've created another ticket 330349 just to hopefully get this issue resolved so I can get back to doing the work I love to do! Hope this gets through and can hear a positive update soon!

I've been uploading content to itch.io for years now, I'm now unable to submit a video to a page without it bringing up this warning. I've got everything done in order to do this, but still can't upload anything. I've already sent a ticket but heard no response.  Ticket: 329359

This game was for sure creepy...
