I had to way a bit, but the enemies finally came! It's the type I like it, well done!

PS: Feel free to try my game out! Cheers!

Nice game, loved the effort put into multiple enemies. Something weird was happening when I had multiple allies close together and the enemy was hitting all of them pretty fast and at one point the player's health-bar disappeared. Was still fun though

hey! I really liked the concept! The characters and backgrounds are well designed too! I wish the music was a slightly longer loop so it wouldn't repeat as often as it did, but the sfx were great! it really sounded like a gameboy game.

I don't know if it's a bug or something that I missed, but once I died the attack button wouldn't do anything.

A fun idea, however, a sidescrolling tower defense game will have some problems that a top view one wont. For example, having to leave my incompetent troops on the front line while I go all the way back to the shop for backup. Instead, I'd suggest having the ability to call for help anywhere on the map, but the kicker is that your aid will still spawn at the camp, leaving you to fend for yourself until they slowly hustle to your location.

Couldn't figure out how to play! :c

Maybe I'm a bit daft, but I'd definitely appreciate more detailed instructions on the itch page. I'll give it another go then!
