Great visual novel with good animations, the dramatic story of (I assume) bad ending is what give this game a true depth. Well done

Developer

Thx!

Oof, the angst is real in this one. The visuals and animations are fantastic. If you had customized to text box and font to have the pixel aesthetics as well then it'd be perfect!

Developer(+1)

thx for the feedback! I used a custom dialogue plugin to make the dialogue system in the game, and I had no idea how to customize the plugin to have custom fonts, I’ll look into that more. Thx

Oh man. The story. The plot twist. The emotions. They hit me pretty hard. Even the good ending didn't feel like a good ending because of (redacted due to spoilers)

Developer

Thx for the feedback. For the good ending, I was actually planning to do a post-credit scene to show the aftermath of the whole situation. But I don’t have enough time :p

I genuinely did not see that twist coming lmao. Super memorable.

I love it :).

The visuals and animations of this game were very appealing. Story-wise, this must be among the most unique and unexpected games of this jam. Even though the climax feels a bit sudden (especially since things escalate rather quickly for such a short game), I simply have to appreciate the boldness of the ideas here. Although not quite perfect, this might well be the game from this jam I'll remember most a year from now on.

Developer

Wow, thank you for such a detailed feedback! :D
