hahaha sorry! My kid was also very upset. I actually NEED to put something in there for him. He's asked every day since he played lol. Thank you!

This was really cool! I'm very impressed by all the original assets. I can tell you put a lot of hard work into this! I remember learning about lichen and thinking it was so interesting. Love what you've made here!

This was a really cool experience, I loved it! The world you created was awesome! The music, sfx, animations, and controls were all amazing. I could see this being a really enjoyable kids game! Nice job.

Very cool, and very impressive for 9 years old! I like the puzzle variety and the secret walls was a good touch. I had a small issue getting hooked on some walls but it was still an enjoyable experience! Also the music was nice. Good job!

Cutee, I like the music! I do think "popping" the bubbles might be more fun and interactive but I still enjoyed it!

Wow! Thank you for the extensive feedback. It makes me really happy to see someone delve so deep into what I created. I had plans to add a lot more, including items that would reveal doors to help with the randomness and decisions. You're ideas are great though and I will definitely consider them if I continue work on this. Thanks so much!

Fun concept. The visuals and narrative text were cool. I tried playing the correct way, but just had to see what happens when you start sticking kids in hell, and criminals in heaven. Safe to say I'm going to hell. Nice work!

Nice little rogue-like. I had a good amount of fun! Nice work.

This was pretty cool. Super simple and easy to play. Nice job.

I like this game a lot! The visuals were basic but still solid. The audio was pretty good and I like the sliding player controller. Nice job.

This was a really neat idea, super unique. It broke my heart to slam the door on the cute little sad puppy's face though. : ( Nice work!

Slow to start, then ramps up to a wild clicker game quickly. I liked the visuals, but what is killing my soldiers? Nice job all around.

I also had the camera rotation issue, I honestly thought the game was just the 3 doors for a while. Kept getting stuck on the doors and couldn't seem to pick up any paper either. I liked the gambling rooms though. Nice job.

The visuals are wildd. I really enjoyed it, although I didn't figure out what to do. Just kinda ran around trying to keep my time up for as long as possible. Nice job!

Had a hard time with the controls and spent a while pushing a barrel into the doors face before realizing I had to go press "e" to spawn items in. I like the visuals and the vibes were definitely there. Nice work.

Really well done. I enjoyed the visuals and overall gameplay. The retro vibes were super solid. Nice job.

Very cool, it looks like you had a lot of fun making this. I liked the character controller, and the zoom out when the door got angry. Everything in my body wanted to shoot the door! Nice job.

Cool idea! Nice retro vibes with the visuals and music. An added timer would help a lot. Nice job.

This was intense. I fought a lvl 9000 rat for 3 minutes then realized I can just run away from everything. Nice job.

I like the visuals a lot. I just wish I could've burned more BODIESS!! Nice job.

Cool concept. The music fits nicely. I do wish there was a fast forward button, because it plays quite slow. The transitions between levels could also be quicker. I did get stuck after picking up a key and not being able to drop down to where the door was as well. Nice work!

(1 edit)

This was an interesting game. The narration is quite nice. The gravity on the other hand is wildly high, which is not ideal for a precision platforming game where all you do is run and jump. I made it to  the end but waiting for the doors to open was quite boring as it takes a while and there's not much else to do. Nice job!

Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks!

Thank you!

This was super cute. The music and aesthetic is very Mickey Mouse which is perfect for a game about a mouse lol. The Wee! jump sound was fun at first but could use a slight random pitch change to reduce audio fatigue. I also believe I got soft locked about halfway up, where no doors spawned at the top of stairs, unless I just couldn't figure it out. Nice job!

Thank you! I'm glad you got to see the boss early on because the doors spawn pretty randomly. That was the experience I was hoping for. Definitely will add more accessibility to the shop if I continue to work on this project.

I put in a few fail safes to try and balance the door generating but it's still super rng dependent. If I continue to work on this, I'll definitely be adding a way to ensure shops are more accessible. Thanks for the feedback!

It being purely rng based was kinda faulty. I should've added some sort of fail safe to ensure the player progresses.

Thanks for the feedback! I had plans to add a lot more, and balance things better. As soon as you get a weapon from the store, you hit a lot higher making the goblin encounters much faster. Thanks again!

This was pretty awesome. The hands wrapping around with the heavy breathing was making my heart race. Nice job.

The car controller feels super solid. I had fun but it did get a little repetitive, but its a game jam game so that's understandable. Nice work.

This was pretty neat, a tower defense game where you are your own enemy? Talk about a twist. Nice job.

Visuals look super cool, unfortunately there's no full screen option. I managed to open a door and find a weird glowing ball but couldn't figure out what to do with it. Adding controls to the itch page might help. I'm sure there's a lot more to this game than I discovered!

Interesting game. I didn't understand what I was doing at first but figured it out(Improving on the visuals could help with this). Coin pickups that appear would be a nice addition as well. Nice job.

That music and timer had my heart going. Fun game! I guess there's a reason I don't work in a warehouse, only got 4/25 lol.

This is a really cute fun idea! I had fun but let's just say I'm no Davinci lol. Some nice background music to play with could add a nice touch! Good job.

Audio and visuals were super solid. I like the idea of the gameplay but I think it could use something to keep it refreshing. Maybe sprinkle words in to make it a bit easier. My brain can only remember so much sdwwsdswd lol. Nice job.

This was a really cool game. The controls were a little strange to get used to, and sometimes the snake card wouldn't work properly for me. Wish it was a little longer! Nicely done.

Was pretty fun. The acceleration is a little wild, making it hard to make precise movements. Would also like to see some audio! Nice game though.
