Creative take on chess! One thing I'd change is how the changing mechanic doesn't change the gameplay in the first few turns, so make changing happen more often.
Thanks! I thought about that but I wanted to first few turns to be focused on getting yourself to a better position just like in a regular chess game. Maybe it's wrong. Once I get AI done I can test it much more easily.
