Yes I can ! (Failed to write up in game instructions). The blue tiles limit your direction in which you can leave them. So if you look at the arrow direction on them, you can only leave in that direction. The idea was to have the random generator occasionally create traps so if you use them you would end up in a mine or something or simply to mess with your strategy because here you cannot go up for example.
