Very Interesting Idea. I hope you finish it. You could add moving obstacles such as moving lasers, canon balls, bombs that explode on proximity, etc and force the player to march forward through these obstacles using your idea. You can also make a two player version where time doesn't stop (or just slows down on jumping) where one player controls the player and the other controls the platform. Other than that, the visual effects are really nice and the sky looks pretty. Great job.

At first i wanted to make something to the player get from the point A to de point B, with obstacles and flying enemies. But i didn't have much time to work on that, so i've spend my time working on the main mechanic, so i could show my ideia, then add the others things post jam.
Your two player ideia looks fun.
