How does your game fit the theme?
It's blackjack, but you're the dealer instead of a player. This means you don't really need to play by the rules.

Its very funny to get to play as someone intentionally trying to cheat the players, a very unique take and executed very well! Im glad you have a description of how to play, since as someone who never played casino card games before, i wouldve never known what to do lmao

Very fun game! Teaching how Blackjack works in the description and giving ideas on how to manipulate the outcome was really handy and a cool solution due to the 48 hour restriction :) The music was relaxing and the take on the theme is a cool twist. Great work!

This game was actually quite fun to play and interesting to see due to the same name and all! I had a bit of a slow start but it quickly became quite fluid and addictive, nicely made :)

Great incorporation of the role reversal.  I second the need for progression!

Fun idea!! You have a lot of potential here.

Nice concept! Would be nice to have more incentive to let the customers win sometimes. Fun take on a stealth gambling game!

Neat little game with some breezy gameplay. Some quality of life improvements with regards to controls and UI would have helped, plus some sense of progression. Maybe upgrades or the like.

Developer

Agreed! This is probably a game I'll continue development on post-jam. Lots of ideas that just didn't make the 48-hour cut.

Thanks for checking it out!

Very fun! I love blackjack games so playing from this perspective was  a nice change of pace. The balancing of cheating and not being suspicious was fun!

Great job!

Really interesting idea! I like the patience/suspicion mechanic so you can't cheat too much without penalty. Presentation is nice. The cards being in 3d and being able to move them anywhere is cool but kinda confusing for someone who doesn't play blackjack. Maybe some tutorialization or indicator of how many cards you still need to deal to who would be nice. Good job with your submission!

Yeah, a tutorial was definitely in the plans, but you know how jams go. Thanks for playing!

Very well executed, perfect fot the Jam theme. Congratulations!

Love the idea, did have to read up on how blackjack works. I do wish the movement was automated for us, having to flip and deal the cards felt a bit slow.

Developer(+1)

Flipping cards was actually intended to be a more nuanced mechanic, allowing you to show/hide certain cards to give the players more or less information. Maybe they would bet more dangerously, or more confidently, based on if your cards were face up or not. But I could easily have spent another 48 hours getting the AI to where I wanted, so that idea got cut.

Thanks for checking it out!

I really enjoyed it! The only game where cheating is good :D

Really enjoyed this despite not understanding how blackjack works. Blatantly cheating and stealing the npc's money is a lot of fun.

Developer(+1)

Yeah, sorry. Ideally, I'd have a playable tutorial to introduce you to the game of blackjack and all the ways you can manipulate it. I'm really glad it was enjoyable anyway!

Fun and easy to play. Good art style!
