Cool idea! The janitor is a bit too fast though, the saved money amount works like score but I guess this is one way to interpret the theme. 

My strategy was to fire the lowest wages first ... pretty realistic. The janitor is a bit too fast and it's a bit hard to aim him i think. Really original idea !
