Don't know whether you or the website is why I need to talk to. I purchased this game with a credit card and was supposed to be getting an access link emailed. It took it off my card and I never received the access link. Wondering what I should do. I have contacted the support but I've not gotten much help.
Hmm... sounds weird, are you sure it didn't say "access to the link"? like access to the downloads. Did you try downloading it from here after making the purchase?
If nothing works, I can't check which user made a purchase, so this is something the itch support has to take care of, but they can take a while to answer (up to two weeks, yikes).
PS: Don't forget to check the spam folder.
