So..i feel dumb and i know you've got countless comments about this but am stuck in the escape hotel. How do i unlock the toilet? Ive tried everything

So, they actually did end up getting back with me and told me that The purchase actually didn't go through which is confusing to me. When I tried the purchase again it doesn't decline it or anything it just doesn't go through Due to the fact I have already made the purchase.

Don't know whether you or the website is why I need to talk to. I purchased this game with a credit card and was supposed to be getting an access link emailed. It took it off my card and I never received the access link. Wondering what I should do. I have contacted the support but I've not gotten much help.
