A very complete and well thought out game. My only tip would be to do something at the end to make the chaos more satisfying, the flood in the end of the tutorial was very underwhelming.

In what way does your game fit the theme?
In this game you take on the job of a god of Chaos. It tries to poke fun at how normal chaos might be to a god that tries to create it all the time, all while trying to be quite relaxing!
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I did write all the code, music, did all the voice acting and sound design. I made many of the assets, but many 3d models are sourced from elsewhere.

Nice game. I enjoyed it a lot. Everything from game mechanics, art, voice acting was well done. Game is intuitive. Once I understood everything it was a lot of fun and I built a lot of buildings. May I ask you, what was the difference between tutorial and normal game?
Overall really good game.
Also I would be happy if you check my game as well (if you have time).
A really nice and relaxing game, great job! The theme felt a little bit forced, but I enjoyed it for what it is ^^
Very nice. Different take on chaos than many other games.
If you have time to rate my game it would be much appreciated. Im having a hard time getting my last 4 ratings. Thanks!!
Really nice game! Everything from the voice acting to the art style to the game mechanics was really well done. It's very relaxing once you know that the markets collect everything around them. Very charming!
This game is really polished, detailed, and well made, hard to believe it was made for a game jam. The story of the game is pretty cool as well, having to create more just to destroy more. The time pressure is what I think makes it the most chaotic, but at first I thought it would have a lot more clicking, and although it still did it didn't feel super chaotic. I think that was because of not having an immediate consequence of being slow, and rather just a high score. Right now after a few seconds the resources are automatically collected, I think if they are never collected it would make it more chaotic as the players will know that they are not using the full value of their time, or perhaps add something that would make the players lose something for a more immediate sense of hurry, thus, chaos. I really loved your game!
Would also appreciate it if you play and rate ours! Thanks.
Nice music, and well made game. Seems like the game was made without the theme in mind and the theme was an afterthought more than an influence, but that's fine.

Sorry you didn't think so! I actually built this game from the ground up to subvert the expectation of the theme. Sometimes "letting there be chaos" doesn't have to be chaotic, and this game was intended to lean more in to the irony of chaos being mundane for a chaos god, and relaxing for us! I played your game and gave a rating, thanks for playing!
Very interesting concept, I really liked the low poly art! :D
Also hope you can rate our game https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-6/rate/1177206
Really well made game I really enjoyed it, You could expand it (add more stuff to build and variation to disasters) and release as a full game. Check out my game as well :)
It is such a well-made game! I love the casual feeling combined with the time pressure. Voice acting is a big plus, it adds so much to the game. Music is nice and relaxing and sound effects complement the actions really well. The camera movement felt a bit clunky and you could really feel the performance loss when playing in the browser. It is definitely one of the best games I played in this jam.
Such a nice game! Though I do have some ideas:
- Really enjoyed the building of the town, just think it could have done with a few more building types (metal workers and miners for example) would really finish up this game
- I also think that more disasters would be nice to help add more chaos
- The camera was also a bit strange to work with, so maybe do WASD to move the camera, and arrow keys to rotate.
But other than these, I think the game is amazing, especially with only a week to have made it. Great job!
This is incredible feedback, and I appreciate you taking the time to give it, thank you for your words. I completely agree, and i think if i had more time for the jam I would have implemented those things! especially the upgrade or resource additions (originally there were going to be stone costs for everything as well as a mine for resources, but i just didnt have the time)!
Thank you so mch for leaving such good criticism. You rock, and I gave your game a rate too! hope your day is going well!
I liked the concept, like a simpler simcity with a time limited gameplay, this could work really well as a mobile game
Not the theme we were looking for :D But I love these kinds of low poly games! Also the strategy genre and camera and atmosphere. I noticed the sun moving and shadows changing... nice!
Btw did the narrator did the sound for sheep in the farm? xD
