What exactly do you mean when you say you are having trouble triggering the event? Did you take Ste to Bareshade? Is the event in your event log? Did you check with the Bareshade residents? I don't have a current save, but if I recall correctly you need to speak to Logan and possibly other Bareshade residents to unlock the worksite at the Forest Path. Go check everyone in Bareshade and see.

wait a minute is it not there like at all in event log? or is it there but not triggering when you do what the event log is telling you to do? plus i dont think speedrunning should mess up the events in this as i do everytime theres a save wipe. i can normally finish the main story around the 60th day but thats only cause certain events require me to farm and wait for another day.
