I only got three ending but I really enjoyed playing the game, it was fun.
it took me so long to find the secret ending but this was super fun haha!!

After unlocking the 3 endings, choose all the options that lead to the "good ending" again, this will unlock the secret ending :))

Bad one, You pick all of the options that make him pissed
Neutral one, you balance out the options between pleased and pissed so that the end result is neutral
