Kinda nice game, I hope it will be updated later.

What a great game! The mechanics are so unique and they challenge the player to act along the sounds.
Really fun to play! I loved the concept of having music bits changing the world. Sometimes I felt, like I didn't really needed to think for a good constelation, but I enjoyed playing your game very much.
Awesome game ^_^
This is super creative! very unique & fun game. With a little bit of fine-tuning, you got a very well executed gameplay, then you can expand upon it after this jam. I manage to finish a few levels without using a beat or two by putting it outside the placement area, but I am sure its not a big blunder.
Really awesome work! Cant wait for your updates on the game should you decide to continue! :)
OMG - this is the best game of this jam so far! Baba is you meets the crypt of the necrodancer! I can see how there's a lot more to explore, options and rules you can change up, but I really see this landing on, like, Nintendo Switch. TOP MARKS!
Super unique idea! I like how you create your own obstacles/path using the beat. I found myself struggling with the user interface significantly though. Clicking didn't feel very responsive and there were odd symbols in the timeline in later levels?
All in all cool submission though! I think with a little more guidance I would enjoy it a lot!
Wow! I really liked how you make the beat that controls the world. It really makes you feel connected to the game since you dictate how it goes. And unlocking certain beats with buttons in-game is an awesome idea to make players more engaged. Brilliant!
What can I say except thank you! I had planned MUCH much more than I could chew... Not flexing or anything but felt a bit sad that the game didn't turn out as as fully as I wanted but of course this is a gamejam I can do it later haha, the most important thing for me was to showcase the idea for the game!
Again, thanks for playing!
This is a great idea! I was hoping to see a rhythm game in the jam, and this one more than met my hopes. The idea of creating your own timings is really interesting and forced me to plan carefully in each level. The variety of block types was also nice and helped each level feel fresh as well, and the sounds combined to make nice music no matter where you put the blocks. Aside from a few quality of life things other people mentioned, I think a potential improvement to the game would be to force the player to move with the beat as well. It would change the way the game feels, but the current system made my victory seem much more dependent on how fast I could mash than how I placed the blocks. There were quite a few levels where I felt like my block placement didn't matter at all as long as I mashed the move buttons quickly during windows of opportunity. However, the idea has a lot of potential, and I think this could easily be expanded into a full, successful game with a few small adjustments. Fantastic work!
Thank you. First of all I wanted to make the player to move along the beat but I don't remember why I didn't that, I think it has to do with me planning quite a few different stuff and it turned out differently than I wanted. I had quite a few ideas but I don't think I could have pulled them off.
for example an enemy that shots ink on some beat notes to make the beat skip one beat and you using mouse to remove the ink, timer drum block and pushable box for the lil' guy and quite a few more.
Everyone's already commented most of the QoL things that I'd suggest, the one thing I could think of is just a visual of where the lava is going to appear before it spawns in. I have to agree with Verburner, I cam see the Baba is You inspiration, but it's clearly a unique game that stands on its own two feet.
A rhythm game where you can mess around with how you have to approach obstacles is a super creative idea and I had fun messing around with it. I also got stuck on the last level, but otherwise I had a really good time. Thanks so for making it and congrats on your jam entry.
Yeah I agree with Verburner and with everyone in the comments here.
I think the problem lies in me feeling like I'm one man army and I should focus on making the game than sleeping on schedule or eating, then I became tired and it was not easier for having time but harder for being tired, but atleast I made my idea clear, that's what I wanted. I just wanted to make a clear but really creative idea, and I'm glad people liked it! But next time I should manage my time better so I wouldn't miss my mistakes on the code and all that stuff.
Thanks for the playing!
This is a super clever idea. I like the fact that there isn't just one way to beat the levels which makes the game not overly difficult. Resetting the position of the beats after dying gets a bit annoying but that's just a minor problem.
This is impressive!
So fun to play around and hear the bit. Super original and clever!
The drag-n-drop was quite buggy, I even had a bug after a few stages where I couldn't pick one letter, so I had to restart. I think having the letters stay at place after respawning is important too. I know what I want to do, but I messed my timing, so I don't want to start dragging again. And you can put a reset button if someone wants it.
That being said, it was still hella fun!
Very well done!~
Love this game! The puzzles are fun, and the patterns made having unique beats are intriguing and entertaining to play around with. Nice work!
Honestly, presenting this as a Baba is You inspired game sells it's own innovativeness short! New favorite game of the jam for me at the time of speaking :) Very impressive job for a 48 hour game jam. Did you sleep at all?? Sadly got stuck at the level where you have to (I think) race the arrow in the open beat section. Wrist injury warning on that one :o Should've made it possible to hold directional keys instead of mashing them repeatedly.
Thanks man! yeah I slept but I didn't eat anything for like 20 hours lmao. and the level where you got stuck is last level. when you beat it you just get a you win level and thats all :D yeah I should have had put one purple block so you would have more time to beat the level haha. thanks for playing!
This is a really cool idea. Would be a lot of fun with a couple QOL tweaks like retaining your pattern when you die. Nice job!
I really wish you could click & drag blocks and if you died your track would reset. Wanted start with the bad, just so I could spend the rest of the time praising you!
That was such a blast, I love music games and this cross between the two was extremely fascinating! I really want more of this! Each room was so interesting and each time I cleared a stage I was stoked to find out what would happen next!
Incredible job on this!
Fun mechanic! I like the Baba is You vibes and art style, great game.
