This was super cool!  Loved the spray paint idea.  I never got to play getting up, but def loved some Jet Set Radio!  Great job!

Developer

Iā€™m glad you enjoyed it! Thereā€™s a PC version of the game on Steam thatā€™s a decent enough port. If you were a fan of JSR, Iā€™d definitely recommend checking it out!

Well done - keep going - One small note try to make your music longer

Developer

Thank you for playing and for the feedback! I actually was planning on composing the music too but just ran out of time. So maybe if I go back to this I'll start with that.

I got 6/8, was trying to figure out how to get the tag on the side of the moving train thingy but went into the end bit by accident haha. Good job!

Developer

nice! 6/8 is solid! Itā€™s a little awkward but you can run off the side of the tram car and try dropping down to the platform below. Itā€™s not the most readable but itā€™s possible :)

Good job on condensing the gameplay down to finding spray cans and spots to paint. I also like the art style (might be too many colors for the NES to handle though? :-P)

lol definitely too many. I used an ā€œnes paletteā€ and then just made a bunch of assets and once I started plugging them in I was like....woah this is way too much. But at that point it wasnā€™t like I had time to redo everything!
