Very good concept, I'm not really good at art but I enjoyed playing it nonetheless.

I would like to know how reaction mechanic works, does it depends on color/size/number of blocks?

hello !

There are different mecanism. For the lady she gets 2 impressions based on the colors ( main impression : the main color or color familly, such as "shades of green" "cold", and the second impression is a color or color familly which does not share anything with the main impression - so a single red brick among many different shades of green would probably generate : main impression = shades of green, second impression = red)

The guy on the left only reacts to the main impression.

And the art collector to the right mostly reacts to how close you are to the theme, depending on various factors (color proportions, height,...)

So they all have different reaction criteria, thanks for kind explanation!

indeed. We wanted them to be different and reflect rature's experience as a professional artist.

The left guy represents those who can't stick to modern art. He likes it or not at random, and tends to link it with its daily life. He is not the target audience, but his reaction is maybe the most sincere.

For the lady, whatever is shown, she will find something and reflect on her own personal feelings. It might be the mist interresting audience. But which can't really purchase art though.

And the art collector is more interrested in the artist rating : how much  value the value might gain, or how much he will be able to show off with that piece of art at home. He probably was the most boring and tedious caracter to code, and probably to read. Which suits him prefectly well. But thats him who purchases art, and generates the gallery's positive or negative feedback.
