Good presentation in your menu! The plane's controls are super glide-y, which makes Sense, since it's in the air and stuff.. Though I can't survive for that long :p

good game, it really felt like an arcade game.
the highscore is not actually a highscore, is it(does it change if someone beats it)?

Developer(+1)

Nope haha it’s smoke and mirrors. Didn’t have time to implement and functional high score system. Thanks for playing!

Thats a bummer :D I tried so hard...
I have actually made a highscore system for this jam, because I thought almost everyone will do it :D. But not a single person has managed to get to the end of my game... :(

nice! It would have been much better if it had more enemy types. I liked the overall style, reminded me of an arcade machine

Thanks for playing!

I love 1942! Good choice :)

I enjoy the high score set at the top, made it feel extra authentic (and I really wanted to beat it...)

Sometimes a bit surprised by planes coming in so quickly and hitting for it being the first level, but I definitely had fun!

Developer

Thanks! Yeah it could use a lot of tuning and polish, But pretty much ran out of time.
