Really nice entry ! Lacks a bit of feedback though...

Loved the artwork! Not sure I fully understood the instructions but fun to try. My only suggestion would be to make the indication of whether I'm doing it correctly or not a little more clear. I saw my heart adjusting but what I did correctly, I couldn't tell you.

Thanks! It was my first time trying to make pixelart so I'm glad it came across well :D

Agreed that the controls are not too clear... Everyone I had playtest it had previously played Crypt of the Necrodancer, so I didn't think to add in as much explanation/feedback as I should have :)

Ahh, that would be why. I am unfamiliar with that game, but was trying to use my music background to help and just wasn't sure I was doing it correctly. I ended up getting the gold coins though, once I realized I had to walk over them.

i find the control's a bit difficult but its a great game

Developer

Agreed, I wish I could have gotten them feeling a bit easier to use. I also should have picked a slower song :D

nice! I like the music. Shops would add a whole lot to do if you have time to implement it later. There is a slight amount of input delay but i quickly got used to it.
