This game is very polished :O nice work! It's a bit too hard for me though, I had to reset lv 2 over and over because the jumping boxes kept falling off the platform xD

You even made the art during the jam, that's sick! Well done.

PS To make the music persist through the scene transitions you could use a static instance for your audio manager and use "dontdestroyonload".

Thank you very much, I will definitly add this when the jam is over ;)

Great game! Loved the visuals and the mechanic was super cool! However the game could use some more optimization

Developer (1 edit)

Yes, I agree, we will add some optimization after the jam, if we have the time to do so ;)
I appreciate you playing, do you have any suggestion for improvement or something that bothered you in particular?

(+1)

No! The game overall is awesome :)

Cool concept. I had trouble getting the boxes to freeze properly as it took me awhile to realize I could freeze them in the air. Love the "build your own level" feel to it. Great job!

Developer

thank you very much, yeah, we know this, sadly we did not have enough time to make a elaborate tutorial ^^"

No worries. I got the rules after a few tries. This is definitely a mechanic that would require people playtest your game, but that is a luxury most game jams just don't provide.

Cool visuals and game! Unfortunately I can't drag the boxes properly... dont know if it's a bug or it's just me...

Very cool though!

Developer

uhh... thats to bad, what system are you using? if you can tell me i will look into it.
The dragging does not work like drag and drop, but is a throwing function you will have to click and then throw the box

Developer

Remark: In the settings menu turning down the volume does not work... Also the music starts all over again each level, which it was not supposed to. sadly we could not fix those issues, because we were lacking time.
