how do I get to the pyramid, desert arena, and upper new ark

First question, you have to do the saving slave, it's a lengthy quest involving Cassie. second question, you have to finish gin then you can get in. Third question, you have to buy condo and meet someone there to make it easier to enter the upper new ark.

To find the pyramid you first must have the real map, which means finishing the desert gold mines.

Desert arena only opens after you finish Gin's training in the abandoned city forest, and the gold mines mentioned above.

Upper new ark is accessible when continuing Fawn's route proper, which can be continued after finishing Cassie's opening route after dealing with the Don; after dealing with the Don using Arlene(The cop) you have to ask Arlene to Dom you, and then ask Fawn for either: harsher play, or Arlene to dom you, then Fawn's route continues.

For upper new ark, I'm stuck on getting the way into upper new ark, I can't figure out how to get the pass

Slums, buy one shoddy ticket and get a massage.

Talk to the guy in the slums (the one who asks for food). The unlock comes after the fifth food, I think. The counterfeits have a 25% pass rate to let you through so just try a few times, or find a way to upgrade the pass.

I'm having trouble with finishing Gin's training, I've gotten to the point where he can be trained while wearing a maid outfit

Train Gin, go in and out of Abandoned Town till he goes to the forest area where you can fish;

Gin needs to be trained with the dress on that same day, do not sleep.

Gin needs to be caught by you, twice; with dress, without dress.

Cassie needs to have caught Gin naked on that fishing spot.

Explain to Cassie what's going on afterwards.

Then the route continues.

Is the Cassie encounter with Gin a one time thing? Because I didn't choose that option when I got that interaction.

Not a one-time thing!
