How do you pacify Cassie with megaboobs? I have them but I'm not lactating because there's no way to yet.

To milk pump, you have to be lactating first.
you can get pregnant... but i dont know what to do from there
That's specifically referring to starting a New Game Plus with megaboobs. Normally doing so prevents you from befriending Cassie because you can't not be indecent.
