The concept is nice, but I don't understand how to fight the enemies and have the wrench equipped as well. The health icons were also quite small.

The way the camera jiggers around was really straining on my eyes. And I think I got stuck, because I tried to play without all four directional keys. A that point, I couldn't vind a way to reset the room. Also, when I died, the charcter turned sideways, but I could still move, somehow?

Quite a nice idea with the limited controls -- definitely has potential for strategic decisions like "do I want to sacrifice movement flexibility for extra combat" etc. Nice work on the graphics as well!
