Please see the half-dozen topics with a similar subject line on the first page of this category, and for that matter read the rules. They give you useful instructions.

The rules also say that support is meant to reply between 1 and 3 days and yet I've been waiting for one month now. So perhaps they are not the sacred answer to everything.

Maybe the bot sending the warning needs an update?

No, these aren't sacred answers, and we all agree they need updating. The moderator himself has mentioned this several times (and he's a volunteer, by the way; he doesn't get paid).

But when you get asked the same questions multiple times every day, you try to point people in the right direction instead of answering the same thing 100 times a week (which, by the way, he does for free).

The rules also tell you to mention that you already contacted support, along with your ticket ID. So maybe they are a useful answer to some questions. Hope this helps.

(Edit: oh, and butting into someone else’s conversation to give snide replies is especially unhelpful.)

I did do that. in the designated thread which however was never approved.

There is nothing snide about saying the bot is broken. You seem to be a bit stressed, perhaps you should take a couple days off.

Then maybe you shouldn’t be rude to people. That tends to elevate stress levels a lot.

Neither should you :)

Sorry just a bit lost because i only received the answer from support after a month and didn't fix anything.

Sorry to hear that, but it’s out of my hands now.
