Ok so I soft locked myself reading the log entries and needed to restart. So maybe have the island tab unlocked from the start. Unlocking it after setting up camp could soft lock people it seems.
I can't even get it to reset so I am fully softlocked in around 30 seconds. game should not have been released with out a option to go back to the island if it's that easy to softlock
Wow is my reply to this. It's a fun enough game, but yeah, the island needs to be unlocked from the start. The risk seems to be too common not to make this fix as soon as possible.
