It's a cool idea, but it feels a little frustrating at times.

Thanks a lot for the reply! Sorry to hear that you didn't fully enjoy the game. Do you have any advice so that I can improve in the future?

Anything that stood out to you?

The way the game is structured right now, you're encouraged to play slowly and see if there's a spike ahead. You have to move really slow cause the light is small, and you don't have a lot of time to change directions if you spot a spike. If you don't go slowly, half of the time you'll fall victim to a spike, and you have to move through it again. There aren't any clever solutions or skills needed, either you go slow, or you memorize the path by dying a whole bunch. Neither of those is satisfying imo.

It's not bad. The game is still decent, and it works for what it is. I think it might just be the concept that fails, but it does still work as a cool take for the jam.

Thanks a ton for the reply and for your constructive feedback, I really appreciate it! In the future I will for sure try to plan out my games better and for sure invest more time into finding a good idea and properly prototyping. Thank you for your insight!
