Networking for a 48h game jam? Very impressive! I liked the lighting on the flower, though I didn’t understand I was meant to plant the seed (planted by accident), and I’m not sure how to engage with the game after watching the flower grow.
When I tabbed out to write this comment and returned to the game, I saw this screen:
ah thank you for playing! i tried to scope something very small knowing i only had a few hours to work, so i mostly focused on the art
the main way you engage with the game is by chatting with other people, you're meant to struggle somewhat with the text size changing as you grow
but there's not much to do if you're playing on your own
i intended to allow you to be reborn as a seed when your flower matures but i ran out of time to work on it, maybe ill put out a small update along with a fix for the disconnect bug you ran into, its not a real ip ban, just a mistake with the error handling, sorry!
