So cutee i love little birds
I loved the bird simulator a lot, and I liked the fact that you gave us the ability to change the color of the bird's skin! A suggestion I have is adding display settings that allow players to decrease render sizes, shadows, and others to maintain a good FPS for all players. Another thing is I couldn't find sticks to build my nest; maybe a hint or like highlighting them would be helpful! Also, the grass turned grey; I think it's a bug with the texturing when it was shifting realities! (check screenshot!) Otherwise, I really enjoyed the game, had some laughs, and it was an awesome experience! Would love to see more updates on this game!
Thank you for your positively constructive comment! Good suggestion to add more graphics settings.
Sticks can be found easier by holding right click, it will display a marker. I have been working on version 2 for after voting which improves this functionality and also flashes a hint.
Noted on the grass turning grey - during reality shift the colours are randomized but the grass texture may not be suitable!
Thanks for playing the game and enjoying. Hope you can also provide feedback when rev2 is released. I shall return the favour and rate your game.
Great graphics and music, but if I were a bird, I would definitely crash into the ground and lose my nest.
The game looks amazing and the music adds a relaxing vibe to it, unfortunately my pc couldnt run the game at the fps i would have wanted. That didn't stop me from enjoying the flight mechanics, which, by the way, turned out to be very satisfying. Great job!
Cute game! It took a little while to understand that I had to use the right-click to find the sticks, at first I had just expected to stumble upon them by moving around in the environment. The flying felt pretty good, I liked that, and the mushroom dimension was a fun take on the theme!
Thanks for your comment! Yea the hints function came in as a requirement since the sticks were very hard to find without it.. I could consider a more subtle, but permanent indication of the sticks. Since I used procedural generation the sticks often find themselves inside other meshes, especially the floor partially :) given me something to think about.. many thanks
I like it’s birb physics and it’s funny to see it’s ragdoll xD
My gameplay was like
haha thanks for the comment. Yea I know there are some unintended issues - Birb can get stuck on the ground sometimes, and using unstuck can send you to crazy high speeds. Think I'll continue working on the controller and try to iron out the bugs for a future non-jam release :) thanks for playing!
Very cute very bird!
