nearly two weeks ago
Your game was published 21 days ago. Unless you did this here https://itch.io/t/3693485/do-not-update-your-games-by-deleting-them-and-uploadin... Please do not do this with a monthly version or something like that, if you can help it. It is very, very, very annoying and it absolutely can lead to people reporting your games for doing shenanigans or because they think the additional versions might have been uploaded by impostors and are malware.
There are people waiting longer than 30 days to get their game indexed at all. Or is the game on your profile the "duplicate"? Because that is not restricted. But it is quarantined, and not merely delisted.
Also, support will not answer such questions. And doubly so, not within two weeks.
If those projects are different versions, that's not duplicates. Having two versions of a game is not unusual.
And to round it up, if Itch would have a problem with your content and did manually interfere, they most likely would have removed it. Since you have a patreon running since last year or so, I very much doubt it, as patreon is generally stricter than Itch.
But since you do have a presence since last year and the game is only three weeks old, I would guess you deleted and recreated the game page several times. That is problematic for a lot of reasons.
tl;dr Any update can get a game into temporary delisting or even quarantine. And separated "paid" versions of games are normal. Itch even has integration for Patreon in some way (which might not suite a web version).
