Just wanted to say something that i found while replaying. So basically i played the whole thing and instead of restarting i just went to chapter 1, later on in chapter 3? I think when we choose what to do (visit the media room, lab, files etc.) i only had these two options (probably because on my last replay i chose the other two) 
And i think but I'm not sure since I'm making this comment later than when i played it this is what happens when you click next 
So it's just black screen with the button and choices. As i said this is probably because i wasn't played it again by restarting but by just jumping on chapter 1 again (same save after the very last chapter)
