Hey, glad to see you back. I totally get what you're saying. I’ve actually been thinking about making a '2.0' or 'Extended Version' lately, like adding more levels, images, audio and an actual ending, but I’m still not 100% sure if I’ll go through with it.
Regarding the Ghost Girl level: I tweaked the script because I noticed the scream triggers exactly 70 seconds after the Baphomet image (you can double-check this in the second part of OHC’s video). In the original, OHC manages to get past her by jumping over her, but it looks terrible from a quality standpoint. That’s why I decided to make the hallway slightly wider so you can walk past her, and lowered the jump height so players can't just hop over NPCs.
About the loading screens: This is definitely on my 'must-fix' list for the future. Since it's not a big of a deal, I don't have a set date for it yet—might be tomorrow, might be next month... I’m not sure.
Regarding the ending: I first discovered Sad Satan back in 2015 when I was around 12 or 14. One of the things that stuck with me the most was that ending... Being trapped in a loop forever. Sad Satan follows that 'cursed lost media' or creepypasta style, similar to Sonic.exe. Those games don't usually have a standard 'ending,' let alone a 'You Win' screen. Instead, they usually end with creepy game-over screens, softlocks, or the game crashing/deleting itself. A 'Winner' screen would completely ruin the atmosphere these games try to build.
In the original 4chan clone, it also ended that way; trapped forever with some song in the background. Since the theory is that OHC is the creator of both versions, I believe this ending is objectively the most accurate. That said, I could still add 'secrets' or 'extra zones' within the existing levels without breaking the original canon, similar to the easter eggs in Sonic.exe where backtracking at a specific moment teleports you to a new area. For example, I could hide a 'You Win' screen in the final level if you follow a very specific path... but that’s a conversation for another time.
