I am considering currently whether I should make an early item available so that your engineer can mount those under verse parts earlier.

The under verse bot parts can be obtained by fighting with the renegade pots on the outposts they are part of the loot. all the mechanical parts, without the cortex. Those add a little bit to value but most mostly they add strength and dexterity to the bot frame for your armoury

The Multiverse orb I developed because I got so much heat that players had to start over so I decided to make it. And I limited it so that some kind of prioritisation is necessary.

And congrats to the bot. i'm happy if I can make one 100 Mil+ during testing runs :)

Using Elite Parts, and high-level Shells is mostly the key tbf. I got 'an army' of Galaxina Bots with Elite-quality Shells and Parts that easily reach 600M in 'estimated value'. The Abyssal Queen-shell is massive though! Nice little detail to fumble around with ^^ ( You said 'between 1 and 2B value max?.... i'll see if i can reach that, hehehe!)

Is there ány plan for a 'specific use' of the Abyssal Queen-botshell? It cant be used in the Arcades, or the Bot-defense setups... It can only be sold...and...if done right, this Botshell is extremely valuable? ...so idk,, if its worth THAT much... maybe i shouldnt sell it??

As for the Underverse-item to 'trigger' Underverse Sub-units.... Would it make sense to let that Underverse-trader(Zyrnax??) to be a vague contact of Shady in Iltari?

...idk, thinking out loud... Those Underverse Subsystems could perhaps be 'Inventorized', and when 'attempted' to sell one to Shady, she gives a reply that  she doesnt deal in such items, but she knows someone who knows someone .....which would lead to a small sidequest where Zyrnax shows up in Iltari in the first stages of the game.(Maybe not on Iltari Station but, somewhere in the System you meet him as a Daily Event, like being stopped by a Patrol, or a brigand or a distressed ship?...but, this should then only trigger on a Newgame mode, when the player has saved up Underverse Subsystems ofcourse.. )

PS, any indication when the final upgrades for the Base on Tenaris will be implemented: The Shield and Turrret-expansions, and the Base's interior? I'd assume this would be quite a bit of work to implement: The Base would hold an Interface as on the Ship, from where missions could be set, or perhaps even Bots be constructed? Quarters for évery crewmember? ... Idk, Maybe even a job for Verity(Veronica's sister?) to operate simple day to day maintenance on the interior? Added with 2 or 3 Protector-Bots to help guard the base?(could even set a requirement to that: Level up Protectors through Bot-Collective renegades: they have to be atleast level 4 or 5, as experienced Protectors would be needed to operate the Base's defenses?).

And, as always, Thank you for the quick reply! And thank you for this gréat game!!

I have been thinking about most of the items you mentioned, but have not definitely decided what to do with them.

There is a concept for expansion of the base, but I'm not sure whether I will implement it.

This special shell might be a special unit in combat or necessary for some important side mission, so don't lose it yet

Giving an under verse item to shady and triggering an alternative path to install them could be a way to go. Maybe she can sell your very expensive integrator tools, which are consumed upon installation.

Those would not ruin the latest quest so that could be an option

Could be a good idea yes.

First pay Shady an 'outrageous' sum(50M??) for her to 'contact a contact'...after which, Shady can sell the player an item which Khelara could utilize to insert a row of Underverse Sub-units... ofcourse this would be limited a bit: the 'item' would break down after a few fights, requiring a new one to be bought...

The player would have to keep this up, untill they reach the Quthor-Questline to obtain the Orange Cube, to permanently upgrade his Reactor to sustain Underverse Sub-units?

I have added a feature to my to-do list  to allow limited use of this components in early game already. I think buying some consumables or paying a hefty fee could be a way to go.

Looking forward to it!

A hefty fee is quite reasonable in NG+ mode. If you get the hang of the game a bit, and the Multiverse-Pod option, starting the game with a nice pile of high-levle items, is standard. Adding an extra piece of equiment, or a high-value Bot is easy enough to do.(a well-built Galaxina-shell/Golden Seductress-shell can easily reach 200M+ value.. i had a Galaxina-Bot at 380M 'spare', on my latest Newgame.. 138IQ, so i sold that on day 2 for a sale-value of 528M. Pharaoh-achievement from the start lol!)

And most importantly, it would nót compromise the quest in Quthor!

PS, regarding the Bot Collective-questline.

Leveling up the Bots in this Quest becomes quite the grind on higher levels...

Would it be an idea perhaps to let the Bots use a sécond weapon from.. idk level 5? To hasten the progress a bit; By the time you reach level 5 on a Bot, you've grinded plenty of Hostile Bot-bases?

Also the difference in damage-output on both Bot-level as well as the Mk-I/Mk-II, and light/medium/heavy blasters could do with a little fine-tuning perhaps :)

...Just feedback! Its a new concept, but i've noticed, sometimes having a Mk-II blaster equipped, still only results on 2-3 damage on the Control Module for example, thats a bit low for a Level 6 ot 7 Bot with a Mark-II blaster :) Especially vs a level 4 or 5 Control Module with 86 or 105HP! ^^

No rush, quality takes time, and you're yet to dissapoint with this game! Enjoying it a lot still!

thanks for the hints regarding balancing the RPG game. I found it quite difficult to transfer a DND mechanic into a on screen game, because the users will not like the many misses you can roll. So I changed the misses to chip away minimum damage, which is probably what you're observed.

But definitely might need more balancing.
